I brought in my 2007 **** explorer on 4/4/23 as a claimant for front driver side repairs. My vehicle although old has never had any front end damage. I was told it would take **** days it took 2 weeks, I was okay as long as the repairs were good. I went to pick up my truck on Wednesday 4/19/23 the front was not stable the manager was made aware. They also indicated that they changed the air condenser and didnt. The retainer clip is not securing the bumper, which has cause it to pop out (pics attached). they installed a used damaged junk yard header panel to save money (which an after market only cost $90 but they charged my $152) pic attached. Also a used junkyard grill, added dents and scratches were found that wasnt there when my truck was left on 4/4/23 pics attached. I had to replace my tint on my two front windows that was over-sprayed with paint. I still have glitter in my truck to this day. The headlights are bad because when I hand-washed my vehicle soap and water got in the headlights. I really feel their quality and responsibility as a repair shop is poor. Customers are entrusting their vehicle to be handle with the upmost decency and my vehicle wasnt. I am not made whole!!Initial Complaint

Had my 2019 Jeep repaired. Show had it approximately 3 weeks. When advised was completed my wife went to pick up. She was told that the battery was dead. I dropped the vehicle off, it is a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in perfect working order. They told her to go buy a new battery. She did and in the process of being reimbursed was told due to me writing a bad review they would not reimburse.Business response

Customer had an accident impact was to the right rear of the vehicle
We had to constantly jump the battery to get the vehicle moved to each repair area
The battery is located in the front of the vehicle and has no physical damage to it
The battery is the original battery so it is around 4 years old
Typical batteries last 3-4 years
Owner came to pick up vehicle with a male companion and we told them that we had troubles keeping a charge with the battery
Male companion stated that they were having prior problems with the lights flickering on and off on the dash
We did not damage the battery nor was it physically damaged from the impact to the right rear of the vehicle
We reached out to the customers insurance company to see if they would cover the battery under the insurance claim and they denied it because they felt the battery issue was not part of the accident
