From December 8th, 2022 until today.I've used Alamo Auto Service Center's multiple times since my vehicle was involved in an accident. However, the biggest issue came when I had my vehicle towed to ****************** in *******. The manager of ****************** instructed me and the Alamo towing driver to remove my vehicle after giving me an estimate cost on repairs for my vehicle. I called AAA to request a tow from my ****************** to my current residence (************************************************************.). I agreed to the additional costs that AAA said I had to pay for the job. Also, the Alamo towing driver wanted me to sign a custom "responsibility" form. AAA or Alamo Auto Service Center has never requested me to sign any type of form before that day. It is then that the Alamo towing driver towed my vehicle across the street of the ****************** parking lot. Then the Alamo towing driver told me that he would "be right back" and that he had to finish another job before completing my job to have my vehicle towed to my current residence. I then gave the Alamo towing driver my keys to the vehicle and drove to my current residence in my mother's vehicle. That is the last time that I heard/saw my vehicle/car keys, and the Alamo Auto Service Center tow driver. I went to the ******************************. ****************************************************** **************. They provided poor customer ********************** and wanted me to pay for a police report. Also, the police department said that my vehicle was at ******************* at the time. ***************************************************. **************. Until this day, I haven't received my vehicle or had any of my problems from any of the parties involved listed above.
