On 11/16/2021 I did it is it the casino and requested a cash advance from an ATM machine when I proceeded to the cashier to process the said cash advance the cashier re-requested another transaction and processed the transaction she requested both request were debited from my checking account and only one was processed. Transaction amount was $314.95 2XBusiness response

We only show 1 transaction for $300 + fees was processed fully at the casino. Any transaction started at an ATM that is not completed within 2hrs would be returned to the guests account. If guests feels multiple transactions were done in error they will need to file a Regulation E dispute form with their bank. If guests returns to casino we can give them the information they need to file Regulation E dispute.
