    Order 0154-8812-5528-5041 Grocery Pick Up via Aldi App through the *************, **** store I recently placed an order for pick up through the Aldi App to be picked up on 7/10/23 between 5-6 pm. I received a text notification at 3:03 pm on 7/10/23 stating that there were no shoppers available and that I would be updated when my order is ready. By 5:30 pm I never received a notification and had pressed plans so I had to call Instacart customer service to get the pick-up rescheduled for the following morning 7/11/23 between ***** am because neither the app nor my confirmations email gave me the option to reschedule online. Unfortunately, when it came time to pick up my order it was not ready and I received absolutely no notifications about it not being ready on time. The Aldi app was also very confusing because, on the same screen, it would say my order is a delivery order then I scroll down it said to pick up. It also listed two different cities for the same Aldi store address (*********** and *************). I have used the Aldi app several times to make pick-up orders and never had so much trouble and confusion. I only had a small window of time that I took off work to go pick up my order and when it wasn't ready I called Instacart customer service again and she told me there was a shopper and that I should get a notification within 30min. I never received any notification and could not call the store to confirm anything can you don't have a store phone to "keep prices low.' This was extremely frustrating. I ended up having to completely cancel my order and go in later that evening to shop on my own in my limited time after dealing with a complete lack of customer service and communication for **********************. I would like reimbursed for my groceries as compensation for my time and energy over the past 2 days. I will not be using the Aldi app since it is no longer convenient or helpful, there are clearly issues that need to be fixed.
