On Jan 9, ****, I visited the Concentra located at **** ********, ***********.I was not issued the services I paid for then was denied a refund.I waited about 1.5/2 hours to be serviced and when it was my turn I proceeded in the back where I was given a cup with an x(****) on it. I filled the cup to the line and proceeded to give it to the ********************************** then filled one tube with urine and said, "it's not enough" she then turned around and threw my urine and all of the cups in the trash. I responded asking what was the problem because I filled the cup to the **** that was placed. I was then told I would have to wait up to 3 hours to test again due to her diagarding my urine. I could not wait, I explained to the ****** that could not wait. I asked if I could return in the morning to complete the test. ****** told me she would have to see. When ****** returned to me she was accompanied by Dr. ******** who began to speak to me a an very rude tone. Her delivery was so abrasive I had to ask her to tone it down. She acknowledged her tone and checked it but then proceeded to talk over me as I was explaining to her what happened. I then told them I was leaving and requested a refund. Dr. ******** responsed saying, "you won't get any money back."The workers then called *********************** who asked to speak to me. When I got on the phone he began his conversation by saying, "I won't be going back and forth with you."I did nothing to warrant this immediate hostility. *********************** also said to me that he will call the police on me to have me removed from the facility. I then hung th phone up because I was questioning my refund, I did nothing to deserve the threats.I was at your facility to take of of business. I have done business with Concentra before and I also have a corporate account, I have not encountered such rude customer service. There are several choices available for the services you provide and I chose your location to patronize. I encountered rude and disrespectful treatment by your staff and manager. This is unacceptable. I was denied a refund for the services I did not receive.I asked the front desk clerk, ************************* if he is denying my refund and he said yes.I am demanding a full refund of the money paid for services not received, $233.00. Today is Jan 11, **** an I have not been issued a refund or contacted by the company though I have reached out to them via email to address my complaint.
