      .Purchased a 2013 ***** equinox 09/2023 paid ********* right from the beginning had trouble with vehicle check engine light came on changed all spark plugs got a tune up ...also the air conditioner unit was sending water inside vehicle I contacted them I had my cousin fix it they did not do nothing now the engine went out and the store manager told me what did you think it was going to last forever I asked for the owner to contact me he told me that they don't have time for me and will not was very rude and condensing I contacted ***** and got a diagnosis ***** gave me a full history of car they did not tell me that the car was in 2 accidents and was having issues from ***** thousand miles ..also it used to be silver my car is gold they did not disclose any of this information or I wouldn't of purchased from them they sold me a lemon and lied about it I was sick and they took advantage of me just to take my money and are rude and refuse to fix issue or offer anything to help stay away they are scam artist and I am going to make sure everyone knows I've already filed a report with the ftc and will be reaching out to the ******* states attorney as will they need to be investigated

      Issue was diagnosed in late Aug of '23, was told the part had to be ordered, and I would have to wait. Was told 2 weeks.Waited over 2 weeks, no response, called, was told the part wasn't there, came a week later, came in Around mid Sept. Waited 5 hours as the car was serviced. THEN was told the job couldn't be finished. They no longer had the part.The rep hesitantly explains that they put it on another car. No big deal, just be honest, and replace ****. Then backtracked on that story, and said it was "misplaced". I should've been angry, but this place has done right by me for so long, I had faith that they would be honest, I let things slide, and my car was still drivable, on top of my warranty covered it. Still, I didn't want to be driving too long without repairs.We rescheduled, had to wait for a new part. I asked to schedule me something within the month. If not, don't contact me approximately a month from when all this was happening, because I will be out of town for a few days. I left, a month past, nothing. I came back in town, nothing. I called, nothing. I called a week after that, was told the part still didn't come in, and it was because of the strike. Which I understood, but at the same time, this part is at a store up the street! They also still stuck with the "misplaced" story. Also the rep said I said not to call me the WHOLE MONTH. WHICH I DID NOT SAY.Finally called in DEC.3, months after the initial appointment. Got scheduled at 7:30 to come in. Came in, THEN was told that the mechanic doesn't even come in until 8.Right after my keys are taken, I get told the part WASN'T EVEN FOR ME, BUT THEY WERE GOING TO PUT IT ON MY CAR. It was meant for someone else, and was told like I'm supposed to find it funny. Sorry to leave a review like this, but this was too much. Car was fixed. Drives smoother, but still hear the initial sound that made me get the car checked. It's less frequent, but still there. Came here for years, first issue here.
