To begin with they double charged my card and continued to tell me that there was no manager on shift to reverse the transaction. I then called there corporate to find out there's supposed to be a manager on the facility. Then I go back and mention it and then the guy said since I've called corporate he's gonna delay the process as much as he possibly can. Not only is that an issue. The light bulb in the room needs replaced it's buzzing about to explode. Almost every curtain/blind is destroyed HUGE DIFFERENCE from the listing pics. The stairwell has wobbly stairs for the fire exit. Also, the pool shows it's 4.5 feet deep and my 10 year old is over 5 feet and she's under the water? Does that not scream a safety violation??? Plus ever since we mentioned the double charge we have been continuously harassed by the employees. Refusing to give us extra towels and refusing to call the manager. All in all this is the most horrendous experience I've ever had with a hotel.
