Ive been a customer here since 2014 with absolutely no complaints until a year ago. ******, the receptionist, was very argument with me about leaving my cat (****) overnight. I kept my cool but she would not give me a professional answer. The more I tried to resolve the more argumentative she became. Then two weeks ago my cat had an appointment and the office manager and ******* started voicing their woke political views. So I left with no confrontation. Then they texted me asking for a review, so I did. And I said doctors were great and I said girls behind the counter were awful !! They saw the review and kicked me out of there for good. My cat has a thyroid issue and is in meds. They said they would mail it to me after I paid them. So I paid them and I still have not received my cats meds. Been over a week. I only live 8 miles from them. So I called and they told me they mailed them and I didnt believe her. She told me that I should get on my sleep meds and just started ridiculing me !! Then my x wife called them and they were just nasty to her !! They kept calling my cat it every time he came ** in discussion. They took my $$ and meds did not come !! My x wife will be sending a complaint too. I never been treated this bad in all my life especially from a veterinarians office. I want my $$ back for the meds and those girls in the office need to be relieved of their duties !! Im absolutely disgusted by what my x wife experienced !! My wife has a worse complaint than I had. They treated her very very poorly !! Im absolutely disgusted !!
