Hello my name is ***************************** I live in the Hamptons in Highland ******* and for the past year I had issues with sewer water flooding out my bathroom over and over and over again, I called the health department, I called the town of highland and the building inspector and nothing has been done This is a health issue for me and my kids . Never been late on rent , never caused any problems here and I asked them over and over to at least help with my rent 1 month because we been stepping in sewage water .. Ive made 47 complaints! I got pictures, videos of water backing up into my tub over and over again. They wont do nothing about it. Im in this lease til June 30th. Can someone please help me ? Im not asking for much Just to fix whats broken and Ive been submitting work orders a million times I have emails from the property manager saying she will give me a gift card for all my issues with the bathroom! Ridiculous! Her name is ***** shes the property manager of the complex please get in contact with me ! Help me and my kids. At least they can do is take off a months rent Im paying ***** a month on the bottom level !Initial Complaint

I recently just purchased a car in Illinois but I live in Indiana. I am waiting for paperwork to take to the *** so I can register my car. I went to my apartment complex to get a temporary sticker placed in the window. She instructed to me to leave it in the window until I get the paper work settled. She gave very poor instructions and it had an expiration date on the sticker. They towed my car for a total of $280.00 dollars. I went and told them the situation and they did not care. I feel as though they don't care about the hard working people that live in the apartment complex. For example if their is a problem with issues in our apartment. They take their time trying to help. In addition, the employees are very rude and they talk to people as if they are less equal. I am filing this complaint due to the fact this employee JP is the initials that were left on the sticker. left poor instructions and as a result I had my car towed. Not only have I reached out to the management company Marquette mgt. They have yet to reply as well. I am seeking a refund for a total of $280.00 dollars.
