I tried for 2 years to get a claim on my falling apart roof only to get rejected and rejected stating my roof doesnt need to be replaced. Spent a ton of time and energy wasted. Reached out to regions adjusting to try on my behalf. Within two weeks they got the claim approved and I am getting a new roof. Couldnt be happeir with customer service, staff and the amount of time it took to do this. Had i known about them prior I would have had a new roof two years ago and had more time with my family.Thank you ****, ******** and ****, you all rock.******** FamilyReview from Jessica M

Honestly, they are the reasons why Im getting my Roof. Immediately the insurance company denied my claim, and they were the liaison and the voice of reason as to why Im not having to replace my roof and pay out-of-pocket For something that the insurance company should have covered to begin with. Anytime it has to do with roofing or insurance payout. Its a long process but the process is worth it And they are trustworthy.Review from Kimberly R

I was not happy from the start I feel like I was strong arm into dealing with this roofing company when I thought I was just signing for a free estimate and end up they being my original contractors and told me that if I didn't want them that I still have to pay 35% of the estimated cost of the job or just have them do the job and now I'm not happy with the job the job took longer than expected the job is incomplete I asked the contractor to **** me my invoice tell me what I owe send me my refund I have yet to hear from them and this has been two weeks now I have tons of emails back and forth or text messages back and forth they came they took off a day they left they came back then put the wrong color on the back of my house came back broke my steps it just went on and on and I have yet to hear from this company.Review from Sharon H

Regions Adjusting The first encounter with Regions Adjuster **** was wonderful. He is a professional and a friendly person who makes you feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the the roofing business. Right from the start he explained how the company works. He was punctual and after inspecting the roof filed my claim. While the insurance company was difficult and denied the claim. **** brought in several roofing companys who agreed that the roof needed replacing. After several months, he reassured me that all is well. We went to mediation and finally got approval. The office staff was also wonderful a Regions adjusting. ******** was mostly the person I spoke to. She was kind and very helpful. She forwarded me everything I needed to sign and email back to her. My experience with Regions Adjusting was a wonderful one and I would definitely rate them a 5 star company.Review from Aco C

If i can give negative 5 stars thats what they would get, this company is a scam, they promised they would be able to get my roof done for deductible only, after 6 months they didnt get anything done and they are trying to collect $3700 from me, they said that my insurance only will cover so much cuz of the age of my roof, yet they failed to discuss this with me before continuing to pursue, i had only agreed for deductible only if not i said i dont want anything done with it and now they are wanting to put a lean on my house and send me to collections, PLEASE PPL DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL S**** YOU, if you see truck with their company name lock your doors and dont talk to them, save your self the headache and stress as thats all this has been a nightmare that wont end.

We're going to ask you remove this review as calling our company a scam is a defamation of character. This would result in financial harm to us. We are first and foremost a public adjuster, not a general contractor. We do not install roofs, therefore we couldn't have promised to get your roof done. What we actually do is represent policy holders' claims. After 6 months, we in fact, got you fully approved for a roof replacement as we told you we would likely be able to do. However, your insurance policy was bad which caused the actual payout to be far less than what the job would cost. In the CONTRACT that you signed with us, you agreed to pay 30% of the replacement cost value of whatever we got you approved. The reason your full policy endorsements and exclusions were not discussed is because they were not disclosed to us prior to signing the contract. We only learned this after the claim occurred. We are sorry that you were sold a policy that had these types of endorsements, however we held up our end of the contract and you have not. Your dissatisfaction should be pointed towards your insurance company, specifically the agent that sold you the policy. It seems like you didn't read the insurance policy contract that you originally signed , and that you didn't read the contract you signed with us. I understand your frustration, but it's not right to blame us and not hold yourself accountable.Review from Sesario R.

**** is a very professional and courteous person! Was very satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish he did everything he said he would. Got me approved through my insurance, and I only paid my deductible!! Very very happy with Region Adjusting!!Review from Harriet K

I was lucky enough to have been recommended this company after I discovered a leak in my roof. Using a public adjuster removed a lot of stress in trying to work with my insurance company. **** did everything and took amazing care of us. He fought for what we deserved and I would recommend his company to anyone needing help. I could not have been happier with the outcome.Region Adjusting, Inc. Response

It was a pleasure working with *******, public adjuster and his team at Region Adjusting concerning my roof replacement claim. He was very professional with a great personality. Once the roof was inspected and found to have storm damage my insurance company was notified and claim filed. My insurance adjuster along with Region Adjuster reinspected the roof and found it indeed have storm damage. The process began, but I didnt have to do anything. ******* negotiated on my behalf. He was very knowledgeable concerning process and code regulations. I was kept informed during the entire process. ******* had a positive attitude. They are about the clients!!! Once everything was in place it took only one day to replace my roof. I now have a beautiful new roof with very little out of pocket expense. They are excellent, they go above and beyond for you. Working with **** of Region Adjusting has been an absolute pleasure. Doing anything involving your home is always such a personal matter, and **** has taken on our claim as if it were his own home. Weve been in the loop every step of the way, which seems incredibly streamlined and organized. Not only that, **** has educated us throughout the process, taught us a few things about state codes, and is personable. Its clear hes extremely passionate about his career and ensuring that every client is given 110% of what they deserve when it comes to their insurance claim. I highly recommend their services!
