They came Dec. 1 to deliver my items. There was another person in front of my car who had their belongings on the truck also. After realizing I had some of their backsplash tile and they had a box of mine with personnal papers. I called the office and wife ***** answered and was rude and said I have no idea. I know for a facr she did since the other couple told me they talked to her. I aked for the phone number of the couple to get my box and give them their tile she said no. She would talk to her husband he never called. I called two days later and she pretended to be the answering service. I called two days later to ask for them to call the other people no answer. I did myself track down the other people and they said they would no return their call either simple fix. Call the people and exchange numbers but no they would not .Next problem When they unloaded the car I briefly inspected car but a lot was going on so I looked for major damage. After 3 days I noticed 3 burn marks on the car like something was rubbing. Took the paint off the car. I sent the driver the photos because they would not answer my calls. The driver showed *** the owner the photos and nothing. I had not gone anywhere since I wanted to unpack and get the nighmare over. I called *** finally got the answering machine asked how to you want to handle the repair should I get estimates or do you want me to call your insurance co. He called back screamine and said he was not goint to fix anything. While the movers were there They broke the area of my day bed to hold the end on the frame that was pointed out to them. He said Im not fixing anything. I tried to get a hld of them but I was in touch with the driver who delivered y belongings he was very nice and tried to help. Then I get threatening text by a fack number from them threatening to take my complaint off of yelp and threatening to *** me. I told them to not contact me unless they want to rectify the situation I then blocked him.Business response

*****************, we did not threaten you in any shape or form. We simply asked you that if you are going to put in a complaint anywhere at least communicate with us before you try too hurt a family owned business when you refused we asked you to contact our attorney for any further correspondence. Yes we were late with your delivery , therefor we discounted your move by a $1,000.00. When that did not satisfy you, you posted a review on the internet about damage to your vehicle which we did not do. Our driver informed us that you inspected your vehicle upon delivery for at least ***** minutes which at that time you signed the release form stating that you have received your vehicle in the same condition as it was picked up. It was not until two weeks after we delivered your belongings and your vehicle that you stated we allegedly damaged it along with a day bed apparently. we or our insurance company cannot be responsible for anything after that much time has past from the time that we have delivered your belongings, because we have no idea what has transpired in that period of time. I do not need to pretend to be anything especially not an answering service, if you called on a Saturday or Sunday after 12 noon you would have reached our answering service or voicemail. Also, as you asked for us to give you one of our customers name and phone number, I highly doubt you would appreciated if a company did that to you and gave your information to a stranger. Your contract and the release form (that you have signed and have a copy of) clearly states that any damage has to reported within 24 hours of the delivery. As far as you claiming that *** was screaming at you and telling you he will not repair anything, he did not. He simply explained to you what I am stating in this response, we understand if you are not happy with that response but there is a reason for a legal binding contract which you have a copy of and you signed it. You have also stopped payment on your credit card for the deposit now $600.00 that was applied toward the total cost your move. Since the move took place in the ****************, to stop payment is to avoid payment which is theft of services. If we can be of any further assistance or if we need to provide copies of the contract we will be happy to do that, please let us know.
