I had my new home inspected by ****, ****'s son with Home Inspector Consultants. **** is friendly and did an excellent job with the inspection. He answered all of my questions during the process. He is very responsive through text and email and sent the inspection report along with photos in a timely manner in order for the seller to address any concerns with my home prior to closing. If you expect a quality, thorough inspection, I highly recommend Home Inspector Consultants for your Inspection needs.Review from Barbara B

Outstanding experience. The home inspection was thurough, every inch was covered, and every issue was addressed. They answered all of our questions, and had great insight and suggestions. This Home Inspector Consultants company is by far one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with from start to finish. I purchased a condo 2 months ago. From attempting to pay for the inspection to the actual inspection it seems I have been deceived. The administrator lacked basic knowledge to enter my email properly to pay for a $400 inspection of a condo. The inspection was completed by none other than the owner and he had missed the windows that leak and the electrical amperage that's not up to code to even power the condo. Home buyers beware and trust but verify. I have suffered from no heat while the weather dropped. $400 lack of knowledge inspection is costing me upwards of $3000+ to fix issues, such as faulty electrical and windows from **** that leak. I could have negotiated for at minimum electrical to be fixed and have the right to do so. Heck, I can't even power an appliance properly in the kitchen without it flickering or not working at all. If you're going to be in business, at least have some humility and knowledge in your craft.
