I was charged for a monthly subscription for a carwash after I tried to cancel for 3 days but the app was having an issue. I called the **** location and they said their manager would cancel it for me and refund my money no problem but to come in on Saturday. I stopped at the ******* location sooner I went and spoke to a manager at the carwash named ******* who cancelled it for me but I told him I wanted a refund because I had tried to cancel it in time. He told me I was supposed to cancel it within a timeframe and I told him no one told my husband this when he signed up and the location in **** told me I could get a refund and I wanted a refund. He said no problem but he will have his manager call me. This was over a month ago and no manager ever called me. I still havent got a call or a refund. All ******* offered was a free month and I said how does that makes sense, I paid for a month already. The fact Im being told by one location I can get a refund and no one told ** (now we know) to cancel our subscription ahead and when we try we got an error, which I screenshot and showed it to *******, this is all issues that Im not at fault for. Poor management skills not doing their part because they probably thought I forgot about my complaint, my refund and my $40. Thats why Im complaining.
