Puretek resurfaced our pool surround in 2022. When we opened our pool in the spring of 2023 we noticed crumbling and crackling in several areas. *****, the owner of Puretek, was immediately contacted on May 24. Since then I have sent many text messages, phone messages, and emails (25 +). ***** has repeatedly ignored most of these contacts. ***** finally scheduled a time to come out to look at the problem on October 2. He was a NO SHOW. He then contacted me letting me know that he would email an inspection report. I dont know how there could be an inspection report when no one came out to assess the repair. Then again, ***** was supposedly sending someone out on October 28. As the owner of Puretek, I would think ***** would be a better businessman and communicator. The problem has worsened with 2 large sections of the surround needing repaired/redone. There was a simple solution to the problem had someone come out, completed an assessment, and then completed the repair in May. I have had no contact from ***** since October 28 and consequently, have no resolution to the problem.Initial Complaint

Sept 12th Pure Tek installed an epoxy flooring in my garage. They didn't perform the work that the owner explained to me and needed to return and repair some of the areas. I was told to wait 24 hours for the "patch work" to dry. After reviewing the work the repairs did not turn out professional in some areas and I contacted the owner and contracting company for a return repair. At this point I am getting no resolution from the owner and contract company to return. I made a 50% payment of $1300 and have not paid the remainder until this is resolved.Initial Complaint

In September 2020 we contracted Pure Tek LLC to resurface our driveway by applying a spray texture and then providing a concrete sealer per the agreement entered into. The project was started in October of 2020 and completed in December 2020. On April 7, 2021 I contacted *********************** the owner with pictures (attached) letting him know we have several areas in the driveway which had chipped and/or starting to peel. He replied they were going to start with outside coatings in May/June and his partner **** would contact me. Beginning in June 2021 I sent multiple emails, texts and calls (over 20+) to ***** and his partner **** requesting that they come out to resolve/determine warranty issues. In September of 2021 he emailed me saying he apologizes but due to supply issues they were not doing outside coatings but he would check to see if he had leftover texture. After several text/email messages again ***** replied in November/2021 letting me know he had sealer and he would be out in the Spring of 2022. In Feb 2022 I reached out to ***** again to set up a time and confirming this was covered under warranty. He said if items for repair were under warranty he would take care of it and he would be out by end of Feb. He came out on March 1st 2022 not to repair but to talk with us regarding the issues. My husband and ***** discussed all the areas and my husband said he understands some new issues may not be under warranty but send us a quote for those areas. He then called me in April 2022 confirming we understood some areas were not warranty which I said was fine but I was not going to pay for areas that he hadn't looked at for over a 1 1/2 years which should be covered under warranty. I told him to send a proposal stating which areas he felt may not be covered and why along with areas we knew would not be covered so we can finally complete this project. He told me he would send me a proposal on Monday April 25th, 2022 and we have not heard from him since.
