Do not use this company .I had ***** out to my house for estimate on 04/13/20 to do epoxy in garage/fix garage apron and to do decorative concrete design. I gave him deposit a few days later. Several months went by and still no work was done. I told him I was having a party in August and he assured me it would be done. Finally he sent out his 80 year old father with some other guy. They had no idea what was agreed on. The job turned into a horrible mess. I had to pretty much help with everything they were doing. Every time they came I had a mess to clean up.***** agreed and everything had to be redone. In the meantime they came and did epoxy seal in garage. They did a good job on garage floor (but no apron). They came back on September 23rd to work on concrete pad. Everything had to be grinded out. What a mess. Several weeks went by again and still no ***** or crew .Finally got a whole of ***** **** its Oct 11th). Needless to say my whole summer was wasted waiting for these guys to finish the job. After the finished the concrete I inquired about the apron. ***** stated that it was too late in season to do that kind of work. He assured me that I would be first on the list for 2021.Tried contacting ***** several times through texts and calls (no reply).Contacted company via email and they told me it would be scheduled. Got nothing. The work they did on pad( is on there website) has begun to crack and fade .I would avoid doing business with ***** at all costs. This job was a headache from the very start. Most of the work that was done will have to be redone. Minus zero stars!!!

Mr ******, we are sorry that you had a bad experience with us, this is not what we strive for and not what we aim for. We are sorry that we were not able to educate you in an effective manner on how our products work and what the expectations of our exterior concrete coatings should be. Thanks to your feedback, we have removed certain subcontractors from our exterior concrete technician list whos work is not up to our standards. We did handle any and all concerns you had with the gentleman you mentioned above in a timely manner, we also redid the work you said you were not happy with in a timely manner and you were happy with the end result. No one is perfect 100% of the time and we corrected the concerns when brought to us. Weather is a factor in our spec of work as it is outside and work cannot be performed based on rain patterns, rain chances, wind speeds, temperature and humidity. Signifact delays with outside work are very common and we do the best that we can to accomodate and adapt. Our contract did not have the garage apron included and this is specifically stated in our signed contract. Tyler personally told you that your apron was beyond repair and our products that we had in stock were not able to be applied on your apron. When you were told this you threatened to withhold final payment from PureTek and did not pay until a lien threat was made. We do not promise that concrete will not crack. Northwest Indiana has a terrible freeze and thaw cycle which causes ground movements which causes concrete to crack. There is no way to prevent this if you do not have proper drainage around your concrete. The last page of our contract states: "Customer must schedule an inspection of the concrete coating within 365 days from completion and Customer must also hire PureTek to wash and seal the new coating." This will fix your "fading issue". Concrete is not fade proof, dirt proof, or crack proof, maitnence is required for concrete if you expect concrete to look brand new 100% of the time. We sincercly apologize if we did not make this clear enough through our contracts or any part of our estimating process. We will use this feedback to make sure we communicate better to ensure this does not happen anymore.
