Contacted the company on1/24/22 at 7:39am,8:10am and 9:24am. At this point I left a message &said this wasn't a way to run a business not returning the calls &my next call would be to BBB.AT 1:30PM *** came out said it was the transmitter. At 4:29pm came back with the part but it wasnt making a connection with the fuel line.Worked for 4 days. On 1/28/22 the furnace quit working again, called at 6:20pm,6:51pmand 7:02 pm. Told me it was bad wires and they would have to be replaced. And for me to jiggle the wires if it happened again. Woke to the furnace not working tried to jiggle wires and nothing. Called at 8:26 left a message that it was 58 in the house. At 8:26 the wife(agent of the company) called me and said there was nothing her husband could do, and that her husband didn't even want to return my call the first time because they felt like I was threatening them. At this point I realized she was calling to tell me off. I told her I have a bedbound son with a traumatic brain injury and a 88 year old mom, she simply said so I take care of my 80 year old dad and they had a bowling competition to go to. At this point I hung up and called another company (***** heating) turned out that it wasn't the wires but the circuit board was bad. Next morning ***** called me to tell me the circuit board was on back order since last November of 2021. WE called ******* Heating and Cooling and they installed a new furnace. We have not heard anything from Competitive Heating and Cooling, the furnace they installed was less than a year old. Didn't realize it was a one man operation, so if something breaks that's who you call. Now we have a furnace sitting in our back sidewalk that doesn't work and can't be fixed. I feel they should reimburse us the cost and pick up their non-working furnace. If their going to run a one person company out of their house they should be prepared to receive service requests no matter the day. Very unprofessional! And no remorse what so ever .

      To whom it may concern
Service was provided to the customer on 1-22-2022 I received 3 calls from the customer within an hour and had multiple ignorant threatening messages I returned the call within a couple hours and scheduled to come look at the furnace the same day and repaired it all in the same day it was a bad transformer not sending power to the circuit board due to power surges from her power I left the customer happy and the furnace working  then Friday 1-28-2022  the customer called multiple times again was very nasty and rude so I came back out at 8:00 pm I found that the circuit board was being  intermittent and I got it running again I told her I could order the part on Monday morning and offered her some space heaters to keep the house warm she declined them and said she had her own         Then Saturday morning she called and said it was out again and I told her that I couldnt get the part until Monday and she was ****** she started screaming at me threatening to *** me because I dont have the part to fix it instintly I recommend that if she doesnt want to wait until Monday for me to get the part another company might have the part and the part would be under warranty with no cost to her but there service fee to change it and another company could repair it then she cussed me out and said shes calling someone else and for me to f*** off
Now I got a letter from BBB saying she wants a refund for a non working furnace because she was impatient and couldnt wait for the part to come in according to ***** (even though they make universal circuit boards for all furnaces )and had another company install another furnace thats funny I WILL NOT give a refund for impatience and ignorance

Although I reject his response, because it is full of lies. I don't have the energy to take this farther. I care for a traumatic brain injured son and a 88 year old mom. So I'll take my loss, and spread the word of what kind of company he runs.
