A mobile home was sold to myself and husband without a title. The previous managment that sold ** the home no longer works for the company. The purchase and lease was signed in august 2021. My husband and I have not been able to retain the title due to 4 ***** against the property and back taxes owed, that were from two previous owners. The office has agreed to offer us $5k for the property to give it back to them, this has been an on going battle with no resolution. The park is sending us invoices of outstanding lot rent , although we have only signed a year lease that was expired in august 2022. The office stated the sale could not happen untill a title was present, but there was never a title present form the initial sale. I have been in contact with the office since august 2022 and I have called many times sent emails to the new managment to rectify this situation but no action is happening. I get an email every month stating we owe lot rent and now were up to a **** balance due, and this is completely unethical business due to their lack of communication and Mis information. We have been trying deligently to settle this matter with handing the keys over to the office and waking away with the $5k that was promised as a sale to us, but that is seeming impossible now that we have accrued $**** in lot rentInitial Complaint

The business requested an application fee for a background and credit check. Two weeks have passed, and no checks have been run, no calls or emails have been returned and they have still not shown the residence to us. When the credit and background checks are run, typically you get a copy of them. No action has been taken, and no responses have been received from the business whatsoever.Initial Complaint

I want to them fixed my light outside I am dark for almost a years so need to know if you can send a form so everyone sign the paper.
