On July 2 2023 I booked a King size suite online on choice app it shows pictures of King suite the rate was $99 for member price which Im Top Tier Member after filling in info for booking ( I also was on phone with a rep which was trying to give for different rate of $90 with king size bed stating me an my child can sleep in same bed in which is a no stated I dont sleep in bed with my son) I booked online myself an told her ** I already have reservation which didnt match her price nor did pictures show the room she was referring to upon checking in I was placed in a king size room which was not the suite I booked nor was it a suite at all I contacted front desk an choice who reached out to Manager who lied stating they dont have the room thats being described as a suite I have time fate location photos of me in the room same location thats described in photos an what I booked as well as photo has Comfort Inn employee in it it was even offered for me to pay more which I shouldnt of but Choice Rep suggested it to manager although was already booked for a King suite an thats what I paid for on Choice app I didnt receive the room I saw an booked to further add insult to injury add insult to injury'sadd insult to injury because I called and made a complaint on the hotel with choice because I called and made a complaint on the hotel with Choice.
