We purchased a 2015 Shadow Cruiser 280 QBS on 8/13/2014. Since we've owned it, we have had numerous problems with it. Some we took to ****** Motors to be fixed (that's where we purchased it) and some things we fixed ourselves. Our newest problem is the floor is rotten. Over the years I've smelt a musty smell in the bunkhouse area. Last year we noticed the floor became soft and now it has become worse. Every time it rained, we would check for leaks but never found any at any of the windows or by the slide out. We decided to cut the plastic on the underbelly of the camper and sure enough the insulation was soaking wet. We had no clue what to do so a few weeks ago we took it to a RV shop to see if they could find out where a leak could be coming from....well they couldn't figure it out. My husband had a feeling it was coming from the water heater opening on the outside when you let the water heater drain. We tested it out last night and that's exactly where the water is coming from. When you let the water out of the water heater it's going under the lip (not sure what to call it) and down into the underneath of the camper. Right as it was draining, water was going underneath of the camper to the plastic and flowing out. This is a manufacture defect and nothing we could have prevented. So, for the 8 years we have owned the camper the water has been going to the under belly of the camper and eventually it has become a disaster. It most probably never dried over the years. My kids have been sleeping in this and hopefully they have no issues from breathing in the mold that is probably growing under the floor. Hopefully something can be done about this.Customer Answer

Bought a 2022 Shadow Cruiser RV 228RKS ( Owned By ********* ) . Been 3 months and I have not been able to use it. Every Valance fell off on a few different occasions before I could even take it home. It happened when I came to pick it up 3 different times because screws too short and not anchored. Water valve was twisted The wood panel on the side of the fridge popped out of the wall beside the fridge. This was caused by the factory putting screws in too big. The top and bottom screws holding the refrigerator in place were pushing the wall out. Screws from the factory were inch too long The trim above the reclining chairs was coming loose. They fixed that too.The bed latch was coming off because the screws from the factory were too small and put in wrong. Another trim was about to fall out of the ceiling and had to be repaired. The skylight was not only put in wrong, but they left out 15 screws, and the sealant around it was cracked and a good rain would have soaked the inside eventually. That was repaired. Stickers on the outside were messed up and took Cruiser RV a very long time to get the replacements.Trim over the entry door was coming off. It is repaired. The sawdust was so bad from the factory, it kept pouring all over the bathroom and they had to clean it out. I called Cruiser RV and complained and said I would like my warranty extended 3 months. They had someone named **** at ***************** at EXT # **** at ********* Call me back and he was a complete unprofessional jerk and didnt care and refused to extend my warranty for 3 months.NOW, I will file with the Attorney General. UPDATE: 09/24/2022 I went to pick it up today and for the third time since I bought it after being charged the batteries were dead, because something is draining them. ********* does not care about the customer or taking shortcuts. They only care about getting them built fast. I contacted national news and they have agreed to talk to ten of us through zoom.Business Response

Purchased my RV April 2022. Since then i have had a multitude of issues.1. The furnace quit working, found no voltage at furnace. Checked fuse it was fine, remove wire and found the insulation was not even stripped.2. Outside kitchen drawer was equipped with a cooktop, however the drawer was very stiff to pull in and out. Tore it apart to find the drawer slides were not put in square and parallel causing a bind. ***** the entire set up 3. Back up camera prep did not work, tore apart to find the wiring going to the camera where the wire crimps were was not stripped. 4. Three blinds ripped out of the wall, you can not use #**x1.5" screws through 1/4" plywood and expect it to hold, therefore i installed wall anchors on those blinds.5. Trim on the slide out fell off, just fell off. The staples were shot way to deep right through the trim.6. USB chargers are such of a poor quality they will not charge any device, replaced all of them with better quality.7. I installed slide topper awnings on both slide outs. The brackets installed at the factory have the same issues as the blinds you cant just put screws into plywood and expect them to hold. I had to redo that as well 8. The air conditioner ducting is separated at every joint and not sealed 9. Two other drawer in outside kitchen has the same slide issues 10. Two cabinet doors are not installed square to one another 11. Microwave door binds, found there is not support under the microwave. Installed support 12. Trim around bathroom door is not cut right causing it bulge out 13. Paneling in master bedroom is too long and buckling All in all this was the worst built item i have ever purchased, the quality is extremely poor and the workmanship is absolutely atrocious. Cruiser RV's response is that it has a 1 year warranty. Add up the 13 items, 45 min one way, gas, my time and I am out a lot of money. They should be ashamed. I will never recommend their product. This should be made right but it wont be.Initial Complaint

We bought our camper from ******* in ****** ******* in 2020. We bought a mpg cruiser ****bh. We have had several issues with this brand new camper for only having it for two years and it sits under a shed out of the weather. Our automatic jack stopped working, our refrigerator, crown molding and window shade came off within the first week of having it, the back slide is leaking, and our floor has been messed up since buying it. This will be the 3rd time ******rv has had to fix our floors. The screws were screwed down all the way threw the floor and was not holding the floor together, per *******. This has been fixed twice now taking it in for the 3rd time to be fixed on September 12th, 2022. Within two years we have had the same issue fixed three times now. The tile is coming up in our camper too from when they fixed it the last time as well as a s**** protruding through the floor. I feel like this is unacceptable with the camper being bought brand new. We have already spoke with cruiser to try and get help and they told us just to file under our extended warranty but eventually extended warranties expire and if we have had all these issues from the beginning so I worry what we will be left with after our warranty is up. I would like either a new camper or the money back because at this point there is no need in fixing a lemon camper.Customer Answer
