Company sent wrong filter. I did not order the filter I received. The company needs to provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate returning filter.I should not have to pay to return a filter that I did not order.Business response

Regarding the return request, the Everpure EV961255 MC2 is the current version of this filter. All other part numbers associated with the old MC have been discontinued and replaced with the MC2 - EV961255. Please note that the EV961255 and EV961256 are the same filter. The difference is the EV961255 is packed 6 to a case and the EV961256 is packed one to a case. We understand that Everpure's model numbers can be confusing, but this the current number for this filter. Of course, we are happy to offer a refund if you so choose. Purchased a RO water system for a college student that lives in another 2 1/2 hours away from home. When I opened the box I noticed a broken piece which they sent out a replacement pice for repair. After a few weeks I drove back to finish the install and discovered yet another damaged fitting so. I emailed them since you cannot talk to a human and asked for a complete refund and they have refused. So after 10 hours of driving back and forth I am not willing to do anymore repairs as most likely something else might be broken. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!Business response

We are sorry for any inconvenience you are having with the installation. We did not receive any damage claim from you or the shipper for your reported damage. However, we are happy to help you with the replacement parts although no damage claim was filed. The replacement part was shipped Friday at no cost to you.
