Wheels purchased 8/29/23 have already failed clear coat in several locations. The wheels look terrible and I filed a warranty claim providing pictures. The response took almost a month and was denied as shown below. I apologize for the late response.The warranty team has denied a warranty on this wheel, as in the state you live in uses chemicals on the roads to clear snow or in areas of inclement weather. -customer service No proof of use in inclement weather or other questions asked about the warranty. An immediate denial based upon the state in which I live. This indicates no desire to honor their warranty and is an easy out for them to deny all claims anywhere in the country that has any snow.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
Your business is incorporated less than 25 miles from my house and in the vary location in which you are using in order to deny warranty coverage. The goods you are selling are marketed and sold as OE remanufactured wheels and are implied to be of equivalent OE quality and used in areas directly contradictory to your warranty verbiage. If you wish to do business in the state of ******* and sell inferior products to Indiana residents that are not fit for use in this state you should not be doing business in this state.Business response

I placed an order on 9/21/23. Shortly after placing the order I tried to cancel it because I no longer needed the part. I was told the order already shipped and to reach out once I received the order. I received the order on Tuesday 9/26/23 and Ive been contacting the company everyday since to return the order. Its now Sunday 10/01/23 and Ive still gotten no response from the company.Business response

I ordered a part to be shipped to my shipping address in ***********. They shipped it to my billing address in ********. They will not ship a replacement, and they want to charge me a restocking fee. You can clearly see on the attached screenshot what the shipping address is. I want a replacement immediately and no fees for returning the one in ******** when I get back there. Also, as they shipped to the wrong address if the package is missing, I am not liable.Business response

We shipped to the address providedt to us on the reciept. We cannot change an address once the order comes through to ** due to ****** shipping policies. It is the customer who needs to verify on their receipt when it is emailed to them to confirm the shipping address.
There is a restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. This is all in our shipping/return policy on our website. I have attached a copy of the receipt, that shows the address that came thorugh to us, that we shipped to.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because I did not change the billing/shipping addresses. You can see what they are on the attachment. There was no reason for me to check the email receipt because I had put the addresses correctly the first time. Also attached are pictures of the boxes in the condition in which they arrived.
I no longer want a replacement as I would not use your shoddy products anyway. I'll settle for half of my money back. You are truly despicable people.

A refund, minus the restocking fee will be issued once the item is returned to us. If the item is refused with **** there is a $25 return to sender fee as well. if you are needing a return authorization, please email through the website, as that is where all information is, not through a BBB message.

I am rejecting this response because it is not acceptable. However I do not want to deal with these horrible people any more. Hope they go out of business
