I regret not reading experiences from others concerning purchasing from this company.They advertised 2008 jetta wheel covers that would fit my car. I received 15" covers. I complained about the misfit. They are insistent that these cars also take 15" rims.So I investigated, and found that all us sold vw 2008 cars came with 16 and 17 inch rims. I even sent them a web site so that they could correct the misrepresentation. Hoping it was an error.I then received an email showing 15 inch rim covers from their own web site to justify their existence.Guess what? There are no 15" rims available at their web site to sell.You know why? BECAUSE THEY ARE SOLD ABROAD for these vehicles.I almost belief this guy has been selling these covers and making his money on restocking fees.I'm disgusted by this person's attitude and lack of customer support.I'm sure there will be another lame response from the owner concerning this review. I'm certain of this. I've read the many reviews and responses by this owner.Make no mistake.STAY AWAY.Wheels Tires and More Response

This ymm comes with 15, 16 and 17 wheels. It is the cusotmers due diligence to order the correct size that was needed for his car. He has 16 inch wheels, but ordered 15 inch hubcaps.
We have been selling wheels and hubcaps for over 20 years.
The customer has been given return instructions.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAMMERS. ORDERED PART FOR MY CAR AND IT DIDN'T FIT. THEY CLAIM THEY NEED A PICTURE OF THE **** AND THEIR PACKAGING TO START RETURN PROCESS. OVER A MONTH LATER, NO REPLY. THEY JUST DENY RECEIVING THE ***** AND NOW SAY IT'S PAST 30 DAYS. TERRIBLE THAT THEY ARE IN BUSINESS AT ALL. PLEASE DONT GET SCAMMED. AT LEAST I ONLY SPENT $22. FALSE ADVERTISING AS YOU CAN SEE FROM ANY REVIEWS. BELEIVE THEM AND DON'T PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM.********Review from Judith C

The pictures they have in the website so bad. I order something base on vehicle description it was nothing like what I need it !! I going to cost more to return it then to keep the part. False pictures.Wheels Tires and More Response

Customer is resposible for verifying the part will fit their vehicle. They would need to call a dealership with their VIN number asking for the *** number of the part they are needing.
Photo is clear on the website.
We have given the customer the return information on how to return the item she ordered.

Terrible company, their return policy is a rip off they charge 20% restocking fee. I don't know of anyone else that does that anymore, people do make mistakes, especially when you purchase the correct wheel from them you would think the would not charge a fee.. This is a horrible company no telephone to call to talk to anyone. Look somewhere else to buy from these are not a good rated company to do business with.Wheels Tires and More Response

I wish that I had checked the Better Business Bureau (BBB) reviews for this company before purchasing a tire rim from them. I can see why the company is not BBB accredited, and I should have purchased the rim elsewhere. I paid $384 for a rim that had five major paint defects that the tire mechanic pointed out to me when he opened the box and removed the rim. As I informed the company by email, the current rim on the vehicle was not safe to drive on, so I had to have the rim that I purchased installed on the vehicle. I offered to send the defective rim back to them when they sent me one with no paint defects, but they wrote back to me and said that once the rim is installed on a vehicle, it is not returnable.I informed the company that I will purchase another rim from a reputable company, and I will trash their company on every review site possible. It is my recommendation that no consumer should purchase any product from this company.Wheels Tires and More Response

We do have a return policy, and it is posted at the bottom of our web page. Once items are mounted/installed, the return policy is voided. The cusotmer should have contacted us right away when the blemishes were notice, and not installed on the vehicle. Return/refund, yes, was denied.Review from Jim R

No one questions things when they go right. It's a company's ability to service their customer when things go wrong that sets them apart from the rest and Wheels Tires and More are not in the business of servicing customers. They only want to bring ** policy buried in their website to . The responses they post are only good with satisfied customers. Does anybody really care. We should want to know about how they handle decisions with unsatisfied customer. Clicking the button of a canned response is way to easy. Its just an internet company, they say so, so they have no responsibility to anyone. Not one review was about them resolving a problem! One star....I got a response. To bad they didn't tell me they couldn't deliver after they accepted my "Special Shipping Directions" that I was prompted for by their website.Wheels Tires and More Response

There are policies on the bottom of the customers receipt as well as in our shipping policy tab on the website. The cusotmer ordered a part that had to ship ***. This requires an appoinment day/time for delivery. Customer did not answer calls/emails when shipping company tried to set up, and we also emailed letting him know he needed to contact the shipping company to set up the delivery date/time, also with no response from the customer. The order was then shipped back to **, as they can only hold at their docks for a limited amount of time. We are charged for the return to sender by the shipping facility, and this cost does go back to the customer, as we shipped the item out.
Also, customer stated 'We should acknowledge that we have read every tab on your site and know it as well as the provider.' The shipping tab was read, by the customer, and would have know they would be contacting him for a delivery date/time.

I had got a perfect condition box with a broken part that I signed for. After inspection, bumper cover was cracked. Within 2.5 hrs of my notice they had a complete resolution. With pics and proof I wanted an exchange, but they were out of stock so I got an instant refund w/o having to send back a worthless broken item.This business is run by people that understand their industry. I ordered a part to be shipped to *********** that I need to drive back to ********. They shipped it to my billing address in ******** and refuse to send a replacement. There is also no way to contact their customer service except via email. Obviously not a legit company.
