I was initially scheduled to move in August 2022 but was advised by the leasing office that the prior resident was not able to move out on time. My move-in date was moved and my move-in amount was increased. I moved in and the window in the second bedroom was broken, the dishwasher does not work properly (standing water at the bottom), there was no screen door to the patio, the blinds in the master bedroom were moldy, and there is a leak in the kitchen from the apartment upstairs that was not fixed properly. I call maintenance on a regular basis to refix the dishwasher and the leak. The dishwasher has a steady puddle of water and has been "repaired" mutiple times. There is now a steady stream of water coming down from the apartment upstairs into my kitchen. There is water damage in the kitchen behind the refrigerator. I am now worried about mold as I have ****************. These apartments are terrible and the rent is too high ($1800) to be dealing with issues that should have been fixed prior to move in. I have requested a new dishwasher but my request has been ignored.

The property manger offered for me to break my lease fee free and then went back on her word. I have email chain going back to 09/2021 when the issue started with the tenant above me. Over the last 6 months there were several noise complaints made and situations experienced by myself and other tenants in the building. These situations involved multiple encounters with law enforcement related to domestic violence, noise violations and an arrest where the police advised me of weapons found in the home. These continued situations made me extremely uneasy about my living situation as I also learned that I was being specifically targeted with harassment because of the noise complaints that filed. Understanding the issues of court delays during the eviction process what I continued to endure was beyond belief. I was given the offer to leave my apartment early with no penalty and due to having emergency back surgery and being incapacitated I was unable to get back to ************************* until recovery was completed. Throughout the process and offer, there was no timeline presented for this offer leading me to believe that I could exercise this offer upon my recovery. As the communication was left open ended, As soon as I secured living arrangement I reached out to ****** to exercise the offer made and told they were no longer offering that due to the tenant leaving. I had to endure 6 months of h*** living in my apartment; I was/am requesting to exit my lease early (current lease end July 2022). I dont think my request is outrageous or unwarranted. I have been a model tenant never paid my rent late or had a noise complaint filed against me. I feel like this whole situation broke my lease agreement #9. Which states residents will act in an orderly fashion to create a pleasant environment and to not create disturbance or nuisance. That is a right between residents and owner. Please give consideration to my request and contact me for

I do not have proof of the offer because they called and made it over the phone. I do have emails where they reference the deal they made me to prove it existed.
