I cannot express enough what a terrible place to live Reflections Apartment Complex is. Their website boasts about the fact its a gated community, but the gate never works, and I feel less safe knowing that sketchy characters come and go as they please. I do not feel safe as a single woman walking from my car to the my front door, as I've been harassed by men hanging out in the parking lot. The property itself is not maintained well and residents are price gouged for every little thing, including a trash bag placed outside of the trash bin due to the fact the trash bin is constantly over flowing with filth. My rent was raised $100 during an economic crisis and the management gives you no grace ****** to pay your rent, so even if you're a day or two late, it's hard to get caught with their ridiculous late fees. If you'd like to pay your rent using a debit card, you're charged an addition $24 convenience fee. They do NOT work with you if you're going through a rough patch (which we all are right now) and are quick to evict. Legally, I'm going to investigate my rights to see if the policies they have in place are actually legal in the state of Indiana. This place is awful.
