I was removed from auction on may twenty fifth. I had placed several legal and legitimate auction bids. The auctioneer removed me from those items and banned me from bidding on any further items.I have also discovered that the auctioneer has banned me from registering for any auctions.I provided legal and legitimate payment methods as well as contact information. I have purchased from this auction house in the past. No reason was given nor correspondence as to why I was removed and banned.Initial Complaint

I purchased some items from this auction company. One of those items being a lot containing a new in bag white down feather comforter and a new cable knit blanket for $55 plus their 15% auction fee plus 7% tax. I arrived to pick up my items and they were not as described and not as pictured. The new in bag white comforter had visible yellow urine stains all over it. I showed it to the woman working and she apologized and stated those particular items came from a consigner and hadn't been properly checked before listing. Because they charge your credit card prior to pickup, I had already paid. She wrote my name on a list of names and the item number and assured me the amount for the lot would be returned to my card. I wasn't able to take home the cable knit blanket either as it was part of the lot. I waited approximately one week and had yet to see a refund so I called their business number listed online. A man answered and stated, "I haven't even started processing refunds yet and hung up." So I gave it another week, still no refund - I then emailed the company and was told it takes **** business days to see a refund..it had been over the ten days but I decided I'd give it a little more time. Over the next week I communicated with the man via email and gave him my receipt/invoice number and the lot number and all information he requested and he just quit responding. We are about a month out and they won't respond and have yet to refund my money for items I never received.
