      When my speaker set order was delivered from Klipsch.com to my address the delivery person didn't leave it in my building office with the Manager, as i wasn't there to receive it, who was present and in the office right by the main building entry door, but ACTUALLY left the box outside my door for anyone to steal!!! Luckily, a neighbor I trust saw it and kept it for me safely until I arrived home.DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM KLIPSCH!!!

      Purchased a $500 cinema 600 sound bar From Amazon. Also purchased additional surround sound speakers from ***********. The sound bar is maybe one year old and is hardly ever used because we are never at home the same problem happened to me on many other forms the sound bar just doesn't power on anymore out of nowhere completely out of nowhere. We have emailed customer service and provided all the requested information and just like everybody else they will not respond they don't answer the phone and it's we've lost our money. I highly do not recommend this brand at all and companies that do this to their customers need to be put out of business. I'm now stuck with an $800 soundbar and speakers that only work with that sound bar and so what I gotta go spend another 800 on another one yeah that's exactly what they want me to do keep pumping my money into their pockets.

      We were not able to process a refund because the item was not purchased directly from ** so we were unable to accommodate, but a warranty claim process has begun to assist with replacement.

      Spent **** dollars for powered tower speakers and a subwoofer. ******* in the towers went out in 3 years and they did send me a new one. It lasted 2 years and now its out. So now it is out of warranty, the towers are discontinued, and parts are discontinued. Apparently we need lemon laws for klipsch products.

      Products are designed to fail after 1 year. But that isn't the only issue.The device does not save settings (dialog boost, volume, bass boost, etc) every time the device power cycles all of the settings are forgotten.The remote has a 25% chance of actually working, but only after completing a rare and bizarre ritual of waving the remote in every direction except towards the speaker. It also eats through batteries on a monthly basis.The sound quality of the system is subpar, for $500 you get sound quality barely above that of your TV, the bass output is incredibly weak and almost not noticeable.After 1 year of light use (and never having moved the product from its original location) the product simply failed to turn on again. Frantically pressing the power button on the remote (not on the device) will get a little red light to briefly appear and the speaker will meakly attempt to play half of the available audio while the other half comes out in a pained groan as if the speaker was struggling to produce sound and it caused it physical pain.Klipsch is Krap!

      I really wish I did some research before purchasing the Klipsch Cinema 700 series. This is easily hands down the worst product I have ever bought and I would like to think I am a fair and patient person. I literally spent dozens of hours canvassing the internet, swapping out cables and TV's, and contacting customer support for a solution as to why there was no sound coming from the soundbar. I won't even get into how useless the app is. It took 3 emails and a week to finally get the updated firmware but that didn't help. I finally got the analog and Bluetooth connections to work but the digital and hmdi didn't. The worst part is I couldn't get Dolby atmos because it requires an HDMI connection so it defeated the purpose of me buying this garbage. The nightmare doesn't stop here. Everytime I turn it on it does not connect to the subwoofer and the only way to make it connect is to remove the power cable from the back of the soundbar (not the subwoofer and not the wall plug) and then plug it back in. Now it just sits on my console because its too much of a hassle to take it off the wall everytime I want to hear some music. The good news is that it only took me 45 minutes of trial and error to solve that one. Did I mention that there is a 3 second delay on the remote and you have to point it almost directly at the soundbar for it to work. This is a poorly made product and shame on Klipsch. Never again!

      Purschased 2 klipsch towers, a reciever and a klipsch subwoofer from Best Buy in Septemper 2021. January 3rd 2022 the subwoofer started to make a weird rattle sound at medium volume. I removed the speaker and ohmed it out using a fluke mulitmeter and determine it as faulty. Jan 4th I sent an email with pictures and a detailed description of what is going on. I get a reply back on March 8th (over 2 months later) saying "Sorry for the delay. We do have replacement drivers available and would be happy to send one out" . Then they say the item is on backorder but they are selling new and refurbished units on their website the entire time. I get a random email in April asking is this warranty? Ummmm yes it is. I sent all the paperwork, receipt and photos. Fast forward to May 12th. Still no speaker, I tried to return it to back to best buy since its been over 4 months with a blown sub. I emailed Klipsch and asked them where tf is the replacement subwoofer. They responded saying delays from chip shortages. Then they offered me a 10 percent off coupon. Really? chip shortage affects speakers? and even if that was true, why can I order a new or refurbished subwoofer off the website right now??? They can keep the 10 percent coupon because I will never buy another piece of klipsch audio equipment ever in my life. I tried to return this junk to Best Buy and they told me they couldn't do anything. It's s manufacturers warranty. $550 paperweight just sitting here.

      purchased a Bar 48 with wireless subwoofer December 9th 2021 - hooked it up in my new house Jan 24th - two days later I noticed a loud crackling noise in the sound bar; reviewed solutions in Klipsch audio community and updated the latest firmware as suggested - problem still exist.I submitted a service ticket # ****** Jan 26th 2022; I haven't heard a word from product support other than an automatic generated email that they haven't forgotten about me.Called Klipsch support 2/16 transferred to product support was on hold 35 minutes no one picked up the phone. I want an exchange and or a refund - horrible customer service and product support. If I would have known it would be this difficult to get support for a faulty product purchase I would have went elsewhere

      I got my lady some Bluetooth headphones from them. The left one died and didnt turn on. I contacted them. It took them forever to get back with me. they gave me 24 hours to respond. I responded. They never got back with me. I will never buy anything from them ever again. Stay away from them. All they do is take your money and run.

      I purchased a home theater surround sound system from them at normal price and one week later, the system went on sale for over $1,000 off. I asked if they would price adjust for me and refund the difference since it was well within the 90 return window and they said they would not. They told me if I wanted the sale price, Id have to ship the entire system back at my expense (very expensive due to the size and weight) before they would offer a refund and then reorder the item. What sense does this make? Why should I send the product back and then reorder it just so they can send it right back to me again. Why not just adjust for the sale price and refund the difference? This is poor customer service and making a customer jump through hoops to enjoy something you are offering everyone else is not how you keep customers happy and returning. How in the world was I supposed to know they were going to run those items on sale a week later?
