January 19, 2023 To whom it may concern,In August 2022, my vehicle 2015 ****** Rogue went into the shop at Ray Skillman Collision on ************************************************************************, for left front end drivers side damage, which did not get completed until October 2022. ** December 2022 I started having problems with my front end right side brakes squeaking, I took my vehicle to ****** to see what was wrong, ****** reported to me that on the left side of my brakes my pads measured a 10 and on the right side of my brakes it measured a 4, now we know that brake pads come 4 pcs in a box and rotors come 2 pcs in box. I called Ray Skillman Collision and spoke with manager *********************** on Thursday 1/12/2023, asking ***** when changing the brakes on my vehicle why didnt they ask me as its common sense when replacing one side of the vehicles brake pads to replace the other side as well and since I know that you guys didnt replace the right side, where is the other pair of brake pads that was not given to me that was brought. ***** replied he didnt know and would have to speak with his Technician who repaired the brakes to see if he replaced both and would get back with me. Well the next day Friday 1/13/2023 came and of course no call from *****. On Monday 1/16/2023 I called *********************** to find out if he was able to find the other pair of brake pads and rotors when ***** replied he spoke with his tech who replied he replaced both the right and left side brakes, I said to ***** if that was true ***** why is the right front brakes on my vehicle squeaking and after taking it to ****** was told that the right side brakes measured a 4. ***** replied I may have issues with my chamber on that side, I said to ***** you telling me that a chamber would wear brake pads down in two months he replied yes. I told ************ needed him to find my other set of brakes, rotors and any other parts that came in a pair and returned to me. I said to ***** we know that these parts come as pairs where are my other pairs to all the parts that you guys put on the front end of my vehicle? ***** replied he searched for the extra parts but could not find them neither did he know why I wasnt call and asked about these extra parts. I said to ***** that you guys have to have these parts somewhere because you dont just take new parts and throw them away, I said to ***** where my parts used on other vehicles how is it that you dont know where they are. ***** said he would have to speak with his boss about my parts and again get back with me. As of today Friday 1/20/2023 I have not heard from *********************** are any one at Ray Skillman Collision. I am asking for Ray Skillman Collision to reimburse me for all the parts that came in a pair that was put on the left side of my vehicle but not the right side and was no Thank you *************************** ************Business response

In August of 2022 we repaired ******************************* ****** Rogue. The work was completed on *****'s ******, and she picked it up on September 30, 2022. We did $7831.02 in repair work to *****'s ******. When repairing a vehicle under an insurance claim it is standard procedure to follow the instructions of the insurance company that is paying the claim. ************** instructed us to replace the left side brake pad on *****'s ******. We will be happy to pay for a new set of front brake pads for *****'s ****** as a goodwill gesture. If ***** reaches out to me directly, I can make sure I help facilitate this.
