August 2023 I had Indy Wrap install a hood wrap for 245 then in January/April he installed a banner and tail light film. Within a month the wrap started to peel very badly I left it on because I paid good money for it however upon removing it a week ago I noticed all kinds of swirl and knife marks on my cowl hood, oem decal and sides of hood along with deep well SCRATCHES all over my *** limited edition tail lights. When I contacted ************************* he kept blowing me off saying hes on vacation. I eventually got tired of his games so I asked him if he had company insurance thats when he started to get rude. He told me to chill out. And I said look man you messed up my car and I want it repaired/replaced. He told me he can buff out the marks I said no dude youve lost your privileges working on my car anymore. I said do whats right and own up to the mistake. He then told me that he would replace my *** with a cheap Chinese aftermarket set that doesnt even fit the body. I said no I want the same original parts. He told me hes not paying for the damages or anything. All together it was about a thousand dollars in damage.
