      Dear Sir or Madam,

Black Forest Motors replaced a central locking *** vacuum pump for Mr. ******* vehicle. Per Mr. ******* request,  we replaced  with a good used pump, to help him save some money. This repair was completed on January 26, 2024.  We replaced a second central locking *** vacuum pump on March 5, 2024 under warranty. At that time we also advised **************** that his vehicle's central locking and closing assist system has several vacuum leaks. These leaks are causing the *** vacuum pump to overwork and prematurely fail. **************** was advised that the leaks needed to be traced down and repaired for the system to work properly. That was the next step.  **************** said he could not afford to make those repairs at that time.  He said he would bring the vehicle back after he went back to work and saved up some more money.  Thank you for your consideration.

He was supposed to fix the door cylinder locks with used the one he had. That did not work then took the car back and they he was suppose to put a new one cylinder on and he told me the new did not work and put a used one back on the doors.  That worked for a 1/2 day.  If he needed to take the door panels off he should have done that from the start like he had suppose too. I would not had to the take the car back if he blown the smoke thru it to find the leaks.  If he would have blown the smoke thru the doors he would have found where the leaks were coming from.  I would not have spend more money if he would have fixed it at first.  He wanted me to bring the car back and spend more money again.  He said if I brought it back again he will get me another cylinder.  I would have to give him another $1000.00 down so he can take the door panels off to find the leak again.

He said he put senosrs on each wheel but the light is still on the air sensor.  He needed more money to trace and more time.  He had the car over a week.  Nothing he did works but he wanted more money.  He wants me to bring it back for more time and money.

I just want my money back for a job that was never fixed correctly and still not working.

      Thanks

      Dear Sir or Madam

I disagree with the response. The vehicle was checked out and diagnosed correctly. All authorized repairs and service was made correctly. The customer was advised of the additional repairs needed correctly. There is no refund warranted.

      Regards
