    negative stars for me. DO NOT reccomend. took my car here after it got stolen and my insurance paid them to fix everything and my car is in even worse condition leaving this shop. They don't take fault for their mistakes.1, broke my antenna off my car and took then 2 months to replace it.2. after driving off the lot my engine seized.3. They overfilled my oil tank with dirty oil.4. put my steering wheel on crooked..5. my car wont lock at all.6. they threw away my spare keys to a set and said you don't need them".Not to mention their customer service!***** (receptionist) needs to be fired, completely disrespectful and has no clue what she is talking about

    The vehicle came in as a theft and were advise oil leaking on at the top of the engine. The insurance company inspected the vehicle and wrote for ignition replacement and a window replacement. The insurance company denied the engine leak as non loss related. The customer denied the repairs for the engine leak. At Sharp's we were only authorized by the customer to complete what the insurance company wrote to repair, the ignition and the window. We at Sharp's did not put or remove ANY oil to the vehicle. The customer was advised by sharp's at the initial inspection the vehicle is needing a valve cover gasket, customer declined those repairs and the insurance company, denied as loss related. The antenna was knocked off during the car wash process and we informed the customer the same day and advised the carwash agreed to replace piece. However the customer did not return or answer the call when the piece was ready for replacement. Customer eventually came and antenna was put on the vehicle properly. The customer's spare key is still at ******* waiting for her to pick up. We informed the customer, the driver side door lock is damaged internally. Her door locking has nothing to do with the key, as informed to the customer several times. The customers original key was reprogrammed to the vehicle since it was attached to her key fob. If she was to use the keys provided with the new lock cylinder, she would have needed her old key (with the fob) and the new key (which does not include the fob) to handle her vehicle. So, thinking more beneficially to only use 1 key for the vehicle, we reprogrammed her fob key to function properly with her new ignition cylinder. Her steering wheel is not on crooked we advised the customer the vehicle is needing an alignment extremely bad, our shop does not do alignments and the insurance company did not write for an alignment. This vehicle had more issues than what the insurance company wrote for and the customer was advised of what was loss related and what was denied by the insurance company. ******* had several conversations with the customer, the customer's mom, customer's boyfriend, and the insurance company regarding the vehicle repair needs, issues, and nonrelated repair needs. The insurance company agreed and did not write for any additional time nor loss related repairs besides the ignition and the window repairs. ******* was very professional, patient, and informative when encountering this customer.
