      I do not recommend this company if you want a vehicle relocated.We were told it would be 3-4 days for it to be picked up and 2-5 days for delivery(with a *** of 14 days)to have the vehicle transported.We were told we would be updated on it and never was. We called multiple times to get answers and got voicemails. I finally sent an email and got a response from the *** and another gal. I kept getting excuse after excuse and they would get back to me which they never did. I had to continue calling.This is not how a company should do business.Finally after the car had been sitting for 14 days at one of their facilities, I cancelled them!!The bill was all paid upfront and we still dont have it credited back to our card. I was told it would be 3-5 business days for the credit to show up. Its been over 30 days and it still hasnt. It is now in dispute with Discover card.I hired another company and they had the car delivered in 3 days and in perfect shape.Dont waste your time and nightmares with using this company!!

      I would not advise using this company to transport any vehicle because if they damage your car they will not take responsibility and fix it! My husband's work relocated us from ** to **. The pickup went well but we encountered problems when we moved my son's car for the first time. We reached out to Reindeer as soon as we noticed it wasn't driving right. My son took the car to get an estimate, and the whole exhaust was damaged to the tune of $8,000. The mechanic who did the estimate said it looked like the car was dropped during the delivery process. We spent at least a month and a half going back and forth with Reindeer Auto to ultimately be told they would not be fixing the damages. My son is only 16 years old and this is his first car. He has only had his license a couple of months and now his car is damaged due to negligence on the part of the this company or the carrier they used to deliver the car. I wish I had checked the reviews before using Reindeer Auto because it seems to show a pattern of them never taking responsibility for the damages that happen to vehicles while in their care. I'm beyond disappointed in the way this was handled and strongly caution you from using this company to transport any vehicle!

      The vehicle was delivered on 5/9. Nothing was notated at delivery nor reported until 5/13 (4 days after the vehicle delivered). Additional mileage was also added to the car between delivery and shop inspection. In speaking with the shop, the technician advised us that there is evidence of pre-existing damages at time of inspection. We are unable to inspect the underbody of the vehicle and therefore are unable to confirm the pre-move condition of the underbody. Underbody and Mechanical damages are strictly excluded from coverage. This is noted in the premove Load Agreement the customer signed. Based on this, as well as the inclusion of several damages on the estimate not being reported and not related to this claim, and the inability to confirm the pre-move condition of the underside of the vehicle, we have unfortunately had to deny this claim.

      1 star is even far too high of a rating for this atrocity of a company. This implies that they did anything correct in which they did not. Not only did Reindeer Auto drop my vehicle off damaged they acknowledged the fact that it was damaged and was not like that upon pickup. They use the cheapest carriers physically possible and my driver could barely speak English. Even though reindeer agrees my vehicle was not damaged at the time of pickup and was at delivery they refuse to do anything about it. They gave me a whole string of different reasons and when I had estimates to refute their reasons they would just come up with new reasons. It became very apparent to me that they were scratching to come up with any reason they could to deny my claim. While the estimate I got has in writing that the damage was caused by negligence of the carrier Reindeer does not accept this as no one was present when it was damaged besides the carrier to see what he did. There should never be an expectation that you have to monitor your shipment otherwise there is no point in shipping it.

      Hr. ********* has his 2012 **** Focus transported from ******, ** to ****, **. The customer claimed damage to the heat shield, underneath the vehicle. The pre-move load agreement states that the underbody, ******************** functions of the vehicle are not inspected or covered under the transit. ********************** did sign this agreement prior to pickup. The heatshield is on the underside of the vehicle. We do not require the customers or the drivers to get on the ground to inspect the underside of the vehicle. They also do not look under the hood, or in the trunk. These areas are excluded from liability. Unfortunately, based on the location and nature of the damages, we are unable to honor this claim.
