Basement Systems of Indiana was here last week to insulate our basement and crawl space. We spend this money to save money on heating costs. The return on investment was immediate. Our home was built in ****. BSI was up to the challenge. The solution they offered was cost effective and relatively inexpensive. To say we are pleased would be an understatement. Everything was perfect from the got go. The sales engineer came, sized up the project and sent us a proposal right away. The work was performed and clean up was much better than expected. If you want a job done right, this is the company to go with.

Our downstairs bedroom and bathroom were freezing cold. A BSI insulation engineer came in to size up the problem and provide a solution. They insulated the basement and crawl space of our **** Plantation home and now our said rooms are warm and inviting. We are so grateful to them and will save a ton of money in heating costs in the years to come. So happy and so grateful. What a great company.

Had these guys work on my crawlspace and they did a poor job. When I contacted them about their shoddy work they said a quality service person would be out to review. Well that never happened and they won't return my calls or letters. Please avoid this company !

We met with Basement Systems of Indiana on 11/7/2021 to help repair and restore the Crawlspace of our home. Work was scheduled to begin 12/20/2021 and finish 12/23/2021. Numerous miscommunication issues have occurred during the contract with this company and their horrendous work has forced us to hire a substitute.Issues: - Numerous miscommunication issues and failure to schedule necessary tasks for the job - Property damage to a neighbor's yard - Several promises to provide information on the current status of the project that were never fulfilled - A Sewage issue that was discovered during the work had suspended the project for the expected timeline, but the company tried requesting the full funding amount stating the work had been completed, despite having been promised by both Sales Rep and the ******* we would not be billed until after the project was completed.- An electrical issue was not reported to us for 2 months and caused increased heating bills from 12/22/2021 until 2/2/2022 - No surveying was done before the External Entrance was created, potentially damaging our gas lines.The Business promised us several things: - That we would be in "good hands" and that they were the best in the business. - They would not try to request the funds from us until the job had been completed. - They would maintain communication with us on the progress of the project, and (provided we were not physically able to get into the Crawlspace) provide photos, videos and screen sharing in addition to providing a "Before" and "After" of the project. The Business has notified me through 3 different people that they would get my requests to me and assist in repairing the issue within a specific time period, with no results from anyone and failing to meet each deadline. We now have to hire a substitute, and found that the work they HAD done wasn't even to industry standards. Stay away from this company, and check the reviews from their 15 other "stores".
