My complaint with this company is their deceptive (possibly purposely confusing?) web site and purchasing exchanges. Additionally, their lack of any response when I attempted to understand further and voice my complaint directly to them (3/23 and 3/29).I spent considerable time on their web site as I was interested in their 3D hanging felt wall flat system but could not clearly understand the sizing that I would purchase. They have a chat bot, but it was not available in hours I was (mother working overtime I can only shop early morning or late night). So I read their web site to the best of my ability and decided to purchase, thinking I could return (having read return policy and being confused by it, but again, THOUGHT I got it right). What arrived was not what I thought and I learned after the fact it was not exchangeable due to it being 'custom made to order'. Here are my specific complaints:- sizing descriptions on product page are confusing to understand, with the same page referencing 'individual panels', 'box of 8', 'kits' - I couldn't tell which was which when the sizing was referenced. - nothing during my purchase stated that this was a custom order and therefore, not returnable. Why would a standard click order be a custom purchase? And why wouldn't any step of the purchase inform me this was not returnable? The first line of your return policy states: 'You may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase'.- nothing in my order stated it was a sample. Yet the box that arrived stated it is a 'sample inside' - there was not one response to my two attempted inquires directly to your company - deceptive web site that seems to require reading every word on several web pages just to confidently place an order. This simple order has taken countless hours of my time and contributed greatly to my loss of enjoyment of life.
