      bought a van from them come to find out it had a bad motor I was stuck on the highway the car lot had came picked it up the next day then told me it had a bad motor on it so, then I trade the van in for a car I've had my car for only a week and only got to drive it less than a day because its broke down the car lot aka CAR CITY had told me they couldn't do anything about it I bought it as is I have already put a new starter on my new car and still isn't running or able to drive

      I'm buying a car off of them I've made payments or down payment my car broke down not within 2 weeks they supposed to been fixed that they had my car for 3 weeks and they still expected me to make payments on this card but I haven't been able to drive it in 3 weeks they told me I can pick my car up two weeks ago and they told me last week I could pick it up now they told me this week but I still haven't even been able to pick my car up and I'm still making payments on my car and they haven't gave me another car to drive or anything

      I purchased a vehicle via buy here pay here through Car City on May 23, 2022. The car had stopped running about a month later. When I had it looked at I was told the engine had locked up. I tired contacting Car City but no one has responded. Im expected to continue to pay for the vehicle to Car City for a vehicle that doesnt run. Ive had this vehicle for a very short period of time. Isnt there some kind of lemon law that *** apply to this situation? I really need help! Thank you for any information. Have a great day!

      I bought a truck from Car City on 6-18-2021. I paid with my cc $5800, We were told the title would be back from Bmv in a week or so. Sale include a second motor, the motor in it was bad and only made it to my house to never start again. I called a couple times a week for 2 months and finally got the motor delivered. After the first few phone calls, they recognized my number and just let calls go to voicemail. I used other phones to call from just to communicate with them. Every time I was told title wasn’t back yet, check back tomorrow. Last Thursday, after using my husbands phone to get someone to answer, Larry, which is the man who sold the truck to me, said he didn’t like doing business this way, and could refund the money and return the truck. I reminded him we had already pulled the motor and transmission , cracking the windshield in the process. The owner then said, he would not return the money if truck couldnt drive back on the lot. I since found out title is salvage.denying
