      I ordered 4 dual power input adapters, cost was around $61 w/shipping. I only received 2 in the mail and the packaging was only big enough to fit 2 in it. I was thinking why would they ship them in 2 separate packages, expecting there to be a second delivery but nothing ever showed. Emailed them 4 times without a response. I went through my cc company and DH denies my claim and says they shipped all 4. Impossible in the tiny envelope the 2 came in. These people are crooks and wont get another dime from me. I just noticed a $10 surcharge on the order and gave no idea what its for.

      We have searched the customers email address as listed on his order and cannot find any record of any email being sent to report missing items. We have searched all support inboxes. Based on this information, we cannot issue any refunds or ship new replacement products out.

      Purchased a battery online February 11th. Received the automated confirmation of the order. They never once responded to emails or phone calls about the status of the order nor did they provide a tracking number. Lack of any response made me very concerned since this is not the first complaint I have seen stating the same thing once I started looking for answers. The company has not provided even the basics of customer service.

      i placed order on Lithium battery on May 19, 2023. It said lead time up to 6 weeks on the website at the time of ordered. The 5th weeks called to check status, customer services said the battery being built at moment. I should receive update and tracking soon within this week. 6th weeks, no response/ no tracking. I called back, customer services said the items needed to built the battery is being order and it is not here. I said i want to cancel because i no longer need. She said the item is being built and i cant cancel it. 7th week, i contacted sezzle to open a dispute for them help me cancel it, because i read on their policy once the battery shipped out. I cant return it. Within a day of open a dispute, the merchant send me the tracking numbers ??. I waited to see how this dispute will unfold with sezzle. 10th weeks, apparently sezzle closed my dispute due to the fact they receive a tracking numbers from the merchant ??. I called sezzle, they said i should have contact the merchant for return or refund. I bought the product through sezzle and they failed to represent me ??. If i can resolve the problem myself, i wouldnt have open dispute with sezzle. I dont understand how these companies are still open for business? who does business like this? if you dont have the product then dont list it. Dont waste other people time and money. Anyway ****** learned from these 2 companies.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      If the lead time is up to 6 weeks as stated, and you know it will take longer. Why didnt you reach out to me and let me know if i want to continue with this order or not? You didnt update me on the status of the build until i reached out, and you told me the items are still being order for the build. If i know, i will receive the item 10 weeks later when i made the purchase. I wouldnt have order. I would go a different route. I need to finish my project because i have plans. If i didnt receive the item 10 weeks later, but rather 20 weeks later so i have to **** it up and deal with it? Stop trying to argue and fight when you know you are wrong on your part.

      Bought a ***** bass k*** universal rca And was sent a ***** bass k*** for sound digital amp.. contacted them about sending me the correct item ... they emailed me a form I filled out and sent back since that I have gotten no response and when I try calling cannot reach a person it goes straight to leave a message and I've left several and emails with still no response So now I've got something I can't use and out 250 plus what a crappy company They say there about customer service thats Just one big lie... do not buy or trust this company it will save you money and frustration

      In regards to ******************** complaint I have attached 2 separate files of email correspondence sent to ******************** provided email : ********************. **************** was shipped an incorrect item that we have been more than happy to replace or refund for him. **************** initially contacted us while we were closed for business to attend a trade show. **************** called in on 6/13/23 to inquire about his return, and that same day I sent him the *** form and a pre-paid shipping label to send the merchandise in for replacement or refund (please see attachment labeled 6-13-23). **************** then called in on 6/19/23 inquiring as to why he did not receive the information for return that he requested on 6/13/23. I informed **************** that I did in fact send the initial email on 6/13/23. He said that he did not receive any email correspondence and requested that I forward that email to him. I did so while on the phone with him( please see attachment labeled 6-19-23). As of today, 6/21/23 the prepaid shipping label,( please see attachment labeled ****** Return Label),  sent to **************** has not been used to return the merchandise in question. We are more than happy to refund **************** the full order value upon receipt of the returned merchandise.       As you can see in the photos provided, I made a purchase for an amp on 5/8/23. A tracking number was created and emailed to me on 5/9/23. As a few days went by I noticed the package was never picked up by **** Also, as you can see in the photos, I emailed them regarding this and was told to call on 5/15/23 if the package still hasn't moved. So I called, and was told that ********** is having issues getting a pallet to them with the amps and I'm not the only one waiting. Well here we are, 5/22/23 and I've sent 3 follow up emails with ZERO response. I opened a dispute with ****** asking for a refund and they won't even respond to that. What a horrible way to run a business. Selling things that are not in stock and creating a shipping label even though you know it's not shipping. Hoiw do you run a business leaving people hanging by a string and purposely ignoring them? I will spread the word to my friends of the TERRIBLE service from this company. NEVER AGAIN!

      Im currently concerned with 2 things out 3 items in my order that havent been shipped out in the normal 1-3 buisness days. The order number is *****. Order was placed March 27th 2023.Items: 1. Deaf Bonce Loaded Enclosure EMFD-12 Dual 12" 1600W RMS 1 ohm 2. Deaf Bonce Apocalypse AAB-1500.1D ATOM Ive called Monday April 3rd **************************************************************************** tracking. I called back Wednesday and spoke with customer service again and relayed I was trying to get updates on shipping and informed her she asked me to call back Wednesday if there was no movement, she called down to shipping department and came back from hold and told me it was due to weather that it has not shipped out and I should see movement in 24hrs as it would be shipped out that day. Well here we are and its Friday and they are not open on the weekends so my items will probably continue to sit in limbo. I just want shipping time to be honored is all and for my items to be shipped out asap.

      On 2/28/23 I received my package, of what I expected to be TWO orders of **** Machineworx 6 XS power 66160 2.3v 40AH lithium batteries plus a 40ah 6 cell bank *** kit. So total 12 cells and 2 of the 40ah 6 cell bank *** kits were paid for. I only received 12 cells and 1 of the *** kits. I messaged them immediately on 2/28/23 stating that my order was not complete and that I was missing the second set of 40AH 6 cell bank *** kit. I received no response so 3/2/23 I messaged them again and l left another message. This time I got a reply. They apologized and told me that they never received the first message. They then told that they were sorry for the inconvenience and told me that they were sending the second 40AH 6 cell bank *** kit. They even gave me the **** tracking number,9405511206214504559200. They made a shipping label But they never gave it to **** to ship. Long story short they quit responding and never sent it. So they are pretty much refusing to give me what I paid for.

      Man these guy bad business been trying to get in touch with these guys for 2 weeks phone call email. I'm pay for stuff that I can even use or see what type business is this. Been given the run around all week. Never again.

      On April 29th, I made 2 purchases from a merchant's website after looking online and seen DROPPIN HZ Car Audio, so I corresponded with their sales team, telling them I was needing a compatible *** for my car and an amp. They recommended a Soundigital HKI Mini *** and I purchased an amp as well. About 2 weeks later, I received the *** first, and I took it to a local car audio shop to start installing my new system, but the *** was incompatible! They told me I could return it but would be charged a 20% restock fee! Even though they recommend it! After that, I refused delivery on the amp, so both unopened items were sent back to them, the amp went back to the actual manufacturer that they drop shipped through. They have had their merchandise right at a month and refuse to refund me my money! Right at $500!! Won't respond to my calls or emails! Stay away from these cons!!

      I have attached a letter of reply that was also sent to this customers state attorney general. Our policies were followed to the t. It is not our responsibility if the customer gives us incorrect or not enough information and the wrong products are purchased. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the products purchased will 100% work with their application. Product recommendation are given based on the  information given to us but again is the customers responsibility to make sure the product will work for their application. We are an online company and do not have the customers vehicle in our possession to make sure they actually know what they are talking about and giving us the proper information. This customer asked if a DSP(Digital Sound Processor) would work in his vehicle, to which he was told that it would. This is in fact true. It is not our fault that the customer is completely inept and has no clue what he/she is doing. They should take their vehicle to a professional shop to have the work done instead of trying to be a ******* hero and the worlds worst customer. This customer also ordered an amplifier which was then refused upon delivery and returned back to one of our suppliers. The customer was refunded based on the policies that we have in place.       On April 29th, I ordered a Soundigital HKI Mini DSP and an amp for my car after an employee of Droppin HZ Audio told me it would work for my car. Upon receiving the **** I learned it was nothing compatible, so I sent it and the amp back, both being delivered May 12th and May 19th. Now they will not refund me my money, over $470! No response from my emails or calls either!
