******************* agreed to build a retention wall, materials were purchased and ***** pickup materials, he blew off numerous appointments and commitments to build the wall. Months pass, then I ask - are you even going to complete the wall as agreed to - he responded no - this is all in writing via email. At this point, he refuses to allow me to get any of my tools or materials back from him, and still is. I had to get the police involved as well. To this date, Pluto is still keeping my materials and essentially stole and the items and time we lost on this endeavor. Pluto also debunked on a tree trimming project, he was paid in full and never completed the task. I had to go hire other contractors to finish Pluto's work. Pluto was to cut and mow property at **** ******** and never did that either. We have been scammed out of thousands of dollars. At this point we have just asked Pluto to drop off all the stolen materials at the agreed job site. ***** has been playing games by keeping our materials hostage and the fact we are talking about heavy brick in which I PAID ***** TO PICK UP FOR MY JOB - NOT FOR HIM TO KEEP. So he decided to NOT do the job and KEEP my materials. Thats theft and BAD business, other need to be weary of these types and this type of shady operation.
