            This transaction occurred on Thursday, March 9, 2023. But the overall deal took place over the entire course of the week leading up to it.I paid $450 to him to build me a $5000 Workstation PC.The nature of my dispute is both being delivered a defective product that died the moment I got it home and put the computer under more than idle load and the way I was treated by him yelling, berating, trying to intimidate and threaten me. As well as constant missing of deadlines they set themselves.The business will likey refuse refund as well as I do not ever wish to interact with him again after my experience with his business.See supporting document for receipt. That is all I was given at the end.

            ****** Ballard is very easy to deal with. He listens patiently and is extremely knowledgeable about computer issues. Within the first 10 minutes of looking into my laptop, he identified a problem that has been causing me grief for the past 6 months (since the guys from Geek Squad at Best Buy installed a new hard drive & installed Windows 10, BUT they neglected to also install/update the driver for my touch pad.) My touchpad became so weird and frustrating that I was ready to get a new laptop. But ****** fixed my touchpad issue and also found SO MANY of my photos that the Geek Squad said they transferred to my new hard drive (but the photos DID NOT transfer over and I was heartbroken about that). But again, ****** fixed that too by finding all the photos (still residing on my OLD, corrupted hard drive) and transferring them to my new hard drive! He also told me about a great anti-virus program (Malwarebytes), and a photo-duplication program (MindGems) which is efficient and easy to use, and will free up SO MUCH space (as I have a ***************** duplicate photo situation that I havent been able to get control of until now). ****** is kind, smart, efficient, and SO knowledgeable about computer stuff! He really helped me out and saved me from having to buy a new laptop!
