I bought graphics card on **** custom PC website using my zelle account on BOA on June 30, 2021 worth of $1, ****** included the tax and its pre order but unfortunately its been 11 months to be exact and i didnt receive my GPU from that website and i emailed the website many times to refund my money because i cant wait longer but no reponse at all i feel depress on this situation because i trust this website at all and i didnt get my money back. I had purchased a computer part at the end of February of 2021. It was on backstock and my money was still taken. The company was receiving items slowly but also offered a full refund to anyone who asked.I sent an email in November asking for a refund. I was 70th in line (according to the email by ***********************. I provided them my zelle and Venmo for the refund. I still have not received my part or my refund. Pre-ordered a graphics card from the company and my credit card was charged at the time of preorder. Product was never fulfilled, and the company has ignored all refund request since November. I ordered a graphics card from Seans website. I was told it would take a few months and they will send out my card. It has been over a year and I still havent received an confirmation regarding my order and when I try to contact someone from the company to help me, I get no response , and saw that many people are also facing this issue. I had purchased a **** GPU on July 28, 2021 as a pre-order with a 90 day window. The 90 days came and went and communication was very spotty at first at times taking several weeks to ************ that were approaching a year, communication has stopped entirely. On April 20, 2021 I purchased a pre-order for a video card with the understanding that I would get my product in a couple of months. During that time there were communications stating that they were having issues with their supplier(s) and the orders would be delayed. I understood this as the market for video cards has been difficult and was willing to wait to get my order fulfilled. In October 2021 I requested that my order be cancelled and refunded. I have made several inquiries regarding the status of my cancellation and have not received any communication from them, other than "we are working on it" type of response. I have tried to dispute the charge with my bank but as this happened greater than 90 days ago there is nothing they can do. I need to get this resolved ASAP.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a GPU on April 3, 2021. We were told that we could expect our product around June or July of the same year. After that deadline passed, the product arrival date just kept getting pushed back. The owner did promise to get us refunds, but it's been a pain to do so. I have emailed them a couple times, but they haven't helpful at all. Support said they would get back to me, but they was back in January of 2022. I just want to get my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a PC component known as a graphics card from Sean T. Custom PC on April 3rd of 2021 as a pre-order. I went into the purchase knowing full-well that shipments would be delayed at least a few months for graphics cards, especially from a smaller vendor. The initial delivery time was estimated at about 3-4 months out from the date of purchase, but when that date came around, I was still about 110th on the waiting list. Fast forward to last month, and I was 34th on the waiting list, but when I tried to check my pre-order placement again recently, I was not able to. I have been trying over and over to check where my pre-order placement is, but to no avail. This has been an issue for at least 2-3 weeks now. I have emailed them twice asking what is going on, and for an update at the very least. The **** **** T is the person responsible for making sure orders and returns get taken care of, but nobody in his discord server has heard from him or really any staff since the second half of 2021. The discord server had a ticket system, administrators, staff members, and **** all there to ensure that transaction questions, returns, and any other type of questions were answered. Their ticket system for returning items or getting a refund seems to be non-operational at the time being, and has been like that for quite a while. The fact of the matter is that neither **** nor any members of his team have updated us about the situation or even what we should expect to happen. With the pre-order placement page down for good, it appears to be a scam at this point. Other members or his discord have seen him active on ******** and other social media platforms, but his actual customer base has not heard a single word from him regarding the orders we have placed. I am looking to receive my money back from Sean T. Custom PC and they owe all of their very patient customers a huge apology for not being transparent at all with ETA and updates (or lack thereof). Pre ordered two different graphics cards for some PC builds from **** T Custom PC in June of 2021. Estimated delivery was to be September of 2021 and cards never showed with a push back delivery date to October/November 2021. Waited that time and still no show of the cards. Honestly forget about them for a while as never received an update from the business. Recently found out that most of the employees have been let go by the business and basically all if not all refunds and product are not being dispersed. Attempted to reach out to the business about a refund for both cards but no response.
