Concrete driveway was installed summer of 06/08/2020. Less than three months later a large crack formed across full driveway span outside control joints. OC was contacted. Repair occurred in August 2020. I questioned quality of concrete at that time, and was reassured it was not an issue. Feb 2021: another large crack forms on apron of garage. This was the location of the same crack from the original driveway. I was reassured they would repour the section with reinforcement in this area. Contacted OC. I have attempted to continue communication up to this point via text. Several times I have received confirmation that it would be fixed. I was told they would take care of it in 2021 and continue being told now. It has been well over a year of promises and now no response has been made to the last text. I have kept all text messages for documentation. Additionally, they had poured a concrete patio at the same time. The finish workmanship was of poor quality. One of their workers also ventured into one of our gardens and broke a glass globe. We did not ask for reimbursement as it was irreplaceable. They had no reason to be in the garden, we can only guess what he was doing in it. Very unprofessional.Total cost of driveway and patio $12,200. We are requesting a refund of $3000.00 to cover the cost of having the cracked section repoured.
