    I bought a knife kit from Indy Hammered Knives on Dec 6 2021 as a gift for my son. I gave the gift on Dec 25 2021. My son didnt want the kit. I emailed the owner ********************* on Jan/4/2022 about returning the knife. He responded on Jan 5th 2020 stating I could return it and that if it was packaged exactly as it had come he would give a full refund. I asked my son to package it up as it had come because he is the one who had unpackaged it. I then took the kit, carefully surrounded it with bubble wrap and shipped it back even paying extra to insure it. I then received this email on Jan 12 2020.I received your order back yesterday. I stated that a full refund would be issued IF the package was returned exactly the way it was sent to you. If you were the one who packed the box and sent back to me then I don't think there is any more to say. After going back and forth I finally got details on what was wrong with the package. The owner stated that the epoxy vials were broken and that some small pieces of paper and the pamphlet was not in the package. I apologized stating that my son put it back together and that the vials must have broke in shipping. I no longer expected a full refund but would like to work out a fair resolve. He then ignored my emails and would not communicate unless I called him. I set up a day and called the owner on Jan 21 2022. I started the conversation by telling him I would respect whatever he felt was a fair refund even if it was $0 or return of kit. He then told me I should tell him what I thought was fair. I asked him if anything else was damaged and he said no. I do not know what the cost of the epoxy and small papers were worth so that would be hard to determine. I left it up to him and he would not give a resolve. The phone call got nowhere. I then emailed him the next day, Jan 22, ******************************************************************************************************** missing. He still refused to offer resolve.
