"In the responses to the referenced consumer complaints filed in January and February 2021, Renaissance acknowledged and apologized that the customer service department was experiencing higher than usual hold times due to an increase in the volume of calls received during annual renewal time. The issues regarding hold times and responding to consumer emails has been remedied. Since the filing of the referenced complaints, Renaissance’s call center has doubled its staff. At Renaissance, we value each client and strive to provide excellent customer service and will continue monitoring the response time with regard to consumer communications."
