I hired and paid ***************** of QC Drywall November 1, 2021. **** started the project by doing some drywall work and then informed me on Friday May 6 that he was not able to perform the job and he would refund my money back. I contacted **** multiple times requesting when my refund would be issued. May 12, he stated he put a refund request in, due to hiring an accountant he was unable to Zelle me the money back as he was originally paid. He informed me they issue checks on the 17th and the 1st of each month. On May 31 he said they were going to process it in the following month of June. On Wednesday July 6 he informed me that his accountant has stolen money from him and his account went negative, and after he has disputes the charges that he should see his money back Tuesday. Sent a message July 13, July 14, July 19 asking for a status update. On July ************************************* a check directly just like all of his other subs. I immediately responded that they do not have my address or number so how would they issue me a check? I requested their number directly. July 25 I requested his accountants number again. July 27, July 29, August 1, and August 6, with no responses from *****************. He mentioned to me that his accountant was in **********, then Ohio, then *********.
