On September 7th, 2021 we signed a purchase agreement with Circle City Tickets that they would purchase our 2021 Colts tickets and within 10 business days after the conclusion of the 2021 season Circle City Tickets would provide an accounting of the amount that our tickets were sold for and pay me 50% of the net proceeds from the sale of the tickets and the face value that Circle City Tickets paid for the tickets. Circle City Tickets, on September 7th, 2021 paid me the face value of the tickets. After the conclusion of the season, they did not provide an accounting of the proceeds and the net difference, they did not make any additional payments and have refused to explain their actions. I spoke with them by phone and email and each time I was told that they were working on the report and would be getting the information out soon. Finally in May of 2022 I contacted ************************* of the ************** of the ******** General ***************************** and a complaint was filed against Circle City Tickets requesting resolution through mediation. Per *************************, after several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue and there was no response by Circle City to her office thus the case was closed. I am filing this complaint and ask the BBB's help in the resolution of this issue with Circle City Tickets, since I fear their current practice of not following their own signed purchase agreement may harm other out of state ticket holders.
