We were from out of town. We hoped to take our 4 year old granddaughter to a pumpkin farm. We paid $40 for 3 adults and the one child. Much to our shock and surprise everything within the fenced area was an additional charge! There were 2 play areas and some tubes to walk in. Pony rides and hayrides were $5 per person extra! We basically paid $40 to walk around a playground and amongst kiosks peddling their wares. A huge rip off!! Very deceiving!

It appears that we failed to communicate adequately as to what is included in admission, which does include: the hayride to the pumpkin patch; observing the performance of our pumpkin-eating dinosaur; spinning in our spinning pumpkin; turning/tumbling in our "human hamster wheels"; riding in our train; bouncing on our EuroBungy (weather permitting); climbing on our straw bale mountain; going through our corn maze; sliding on our mega mountain slide; visiting the animals (goats, sheep, alpacas) provided by Animal Oasis; tossing basketballs and footballs at our Amish-built structures designed for that purpose; bowling on our outdoor ************; playing/using our diggers in our sandpile; climbing/sliding on our combine slide; live music on Saturdays and Sundays.Customer Response

We were not told anything when we purchased our tickets. We spent $40 for 3 adults and a 4 year old child to play on your hamster wheel and playground areas. There were signs posted for $5 to ride the hayride. We saw no corn maze, bowling or basketball/football toss. It was very muddy due to recent rains. Perhaps some of these items were not available. It seems only fair if we were to be refunded $20 (half our cost) due to the lack of communication and poor signage which led us to believe we had to pay an additional $20 for the hayride. We skipped doing that as we already paid $40 for essentially nothing. Thank you for your consideration.
