    I have had hundreds of issues with Moore Restoration now known as First Onsite (I believe) - specifically *********************** ****************************** and ******************* ***************************** dating back to April 2020. It all started with them damaging my home and having to visit and make repairs on over 20 occasions. More specifically regarding this particular complaint - there was multiple subsequent work on the cabinets well after the "certificate of completion" which occured in 2021 less than 2 years ago (I have pictures and emails attached) - as there has been many issues and choppy workmanship that we experienced, which is well documented that probably required and still may require further investigation. *********************** ****************************** and ******************* **************************** has been rude, non-compliant, and fraudulent in their actions (again, documented and I have hundreds of emails). I prefer my cabinets are repaired or provide $1,000 compensation paid out to me to have them repaired and for more of my time. I prefer not to take legal action.

    I would not recommend Moore Restoration to my worst enemy they started restoration on our house in March ********************************************************************** our bedroom is still leaking .If they had sent a competent supervisor with a competent employee that did not know what they were doing this would be different but I'm just stating the facts.The only time the supervisor came out to check what was going on was when I called with a complaint.I finally called the office and they sent out the supervisor and his supervisor and when they went in the bathroom both looked at the condition of the remodeled bathroom and said that it was below par which is a understatement there is drywall mud in the new shower floor,on the glass walls and the door,on top of the shower walls,paint and drywall mud on the new floors.The worker that was doing the work was told that he had to redo the work and he refused and stormed out saying he quit.Several times I had to tell him to put his mask on in my house.The paint job pitiful,the drywall work was worse and some of the work on the contract was not done,thats just some of the problems.

    In response to the customer complaint form *************************************** Moore Restoration acknowledges that there were issues with the quality of work that was performed by our Subcontractor. We sent our Subcontractor back out on multiple occasions, and our Project Manager worked closely with **************** to make sure the repairs and quality of work was completed to Mr. ******* satisfaction. Shortly after the work was completed, **************** suffered a water los and claimed that it was the responsibility of Moore Restoration. Although the actual cause of the water loss could not be fully determined, we handled the water loss for **************** as a warranty loss and no cost to the customer was incurred. We understand that these issues were a significant inconvenience to **************** and we sincerely apologized for the inconvenience. **************** did sign a Certificate of Completion dated 06/24/2021 which indicates that the customer is happy with all work completed. We also have not been contacted in any way regarding an ongoing leak in the shower as **************** claims in his complaint. **************** is still under Warranty for the repairs that were completed and would need to contact us directly if he wants us to correct any issues relative to his loss. Moore Restoration understands that issues can happen during repair jobs and we will always do our best to make sure the repairs are completed to the customers satisfaction.
