My daughter is a member of The Alpha Zee Delta sorority. She has been harassed by members of the sorority by issuing unjustified fees on her account.When she tried to raise it with them, they ignored her.I got in touch with the sorority team asking for resolution and they said they will not speak to me.We pay thousands of dollars annually to them and the fact that they will not speak to me and address our concerns is unaccpetable.I would like the lates fees of ***** and the fine of ***** to be adjusted for a total amount of ***** I would like a complaint to be registered against the following individuals:********: *************************,Gabi: **************************,*****: ******************* Megan: ********************************************************Business response

To Whom It May ***************** apologies for the delay in responding. We are a fully remote staff and our administrative coordinator only periodically checks the mailbox for mail and by the time we received the first notice, we were already late in a reply.
I find it interesting that this individual was able to log a complaint and label it as "repair issues" as we are a National Women's Fraternity membership organization and the only charges assessed to this individual's daughter (our member) was for membership dues.
The member has recently voluntarily suspended her membership. The Mom emailed the Theta FOVP asking for reversals of late fees and fines. The chapter handled it appropriately, and even got the advisory team involved. The Mom was being extremely harassing and inappropriate towards the officers and advisors,and they told her that they would not be responding to her any longer and involved our Fraternity Headquarters staff.
Mom emailed FHQ via Contact Us Form. I replied that we would not be giving her any information and cited the privacy policy. I also indicated I would be more than happy to discuss the concerns with ***** herself. She did not like this answer and continued to email. We then received this complaint. The mother would like a total of $37.50 in fees returned, however, the chapter believes these are justified charges to her account. The member was made aware of late fees that would be assessed for late payment of dues as well as understood that a fine would be assessed for non-attendance at a meeting. The disputed amount on the complaint indicates $20,000. That is not true.We feel like this issue has been resolved, but will be happy to consider additional action should it be necessary.
