I had my mother's funeral services on October 3, 2022. Prior to this, during the planning of the funeral, I was told that my mother's crypt would be completed with her name and birth and death dates within 60 days. 60 days came and went at the beginning of this month and I didn't hear anything from the funeral home. I contacted attempted to contact the Family Advisor that I had been in contact with only to have my phone calls ignored. I finally reached him on December 21st. At that time, I was told that the sandblasting company had not been returning any of their calls and that they had not been on the property for some time, and that sometimes it may take up to 90 days to have a crypt engraves. 90 days will be next week and I still have not heard anything. When I requested the name of the sandblasting company, I was told by the family advisor that he had no idea since it was a new company that they had contracted. I've tried several times to get an answer. If I call the corporate office, the only answer they have is to speak with the location where I did business. They have no answers.Business response

We have recently been in contact with ************ and have offered a temporary memorial to place at the building of her mother's resting place and that has been ordered and will be in place within 7 days. In the winter months we typically are not able to sandblast which conditions need to be above 40 degrees for proper sandblasting.
The cemetery is making special accommodations in this situation for the granite to be taken from the cemetery to a workshop to be sandblasted and will be completed within 30 days. The granite will be off but the crypt, but will remain covered for approximately 3 days and then returned and placed back.
