*************************** was contracted to do renovations on **** Blvd Pl. He and his team started demo and then start rewiring. Then move on to all the other renovations. He said he and his team did demo and rewire and shared some pictures showing the work they did. He asked for more funds upfront to continue the work as he was having financial problems. He also asked for a personal loan. We had worked on another project before so I did have some trust in him, but sadly this was all so he could take advantage of me. After I paid over $20,000 for the work I thought he did and trying to work with him to move forward without paying him more money, he stopped responding to texts, emails and phone calls. I had my realtor who would meet up with him at the house from time to time try to see if he could help reconcile but he then stopped communicating with him as well. I then went and got bids from other contractors and found out the rewire was barely done. For the amount of $20,800 paid, only $4,300 of work was actually done between demo and rewire!!Do NOT trust ******* ever unless you like when people lie to you and take your money knowing they haven't done the job. I'm a real estate investor and know what I'm doing but learned new methods people can try to manipulate and lie to you.

Ok here is the truth of the matter.

I tryed working on resolving this issue however you have someone out of state with someone in state management for him his realtor would come to the site's and approved work done to be able to get a draw and the electrician is speaks of was referred by me to him but he knew from start that there work would be paid separately and in a time they ask for it . So the electrician would say hay i need this amount and then his realtor come look and then  he would send the funds to me since i was over the job  and as far as everything else i done the work the money was sent for his realtor sign off on it as done how funds were  sent as for as my scope of work the electrical part was not on my agreement it was between him and the electrician but since i have a good standing he is trying to come after me however he has no contract stating the electrician part of work was my responsibility. I well attach the agree scope of work . And when electrician tryed explaining that the whole house needed rewire due to some one cutting into and hiding alot of out dated ********** a price needed to be adjusted  he didnt want that so we he started cutting corners  i didnt personally want to be part of it so i slowly step away . Now there may be some due or not but this is why we have courts. And not attacking someone's career.  Hopefully this explains  it all .

We always try are best to meet the demands and needs of are customers been in business for 8 years and yes have had a few upset investors however we have done ***** jobs in 8 years and maybe 4 problems which is still not perfect  but always wont work out that way

      .

Like for example i have heard for this typical investor since NOVEMBER LAST YEAR ..  now all of suddenly he cares ..   good luck contractor's

This well be resolved I have reached out to the complaining person and we'll work on making sure we handle this matter correctly but we'll not fall for bullying tactics and every time things occur and stuff don't work out between 2 parties they always run to the BBB to make false and inaccurate statements or explain 1 side ... I have been in business for 15 years plus and never done any one wrong now can't say I made everyone happy either ... but we'll do what I can to address this you all see fit to decide what the truth is and do what you need to but I have **** million customers who are happy with work and my staff however will only fine a few that is upset cause there bullying didn't work ... can't please them all....

Hello good afternoon sorry this has been brought up again it was addressed 6/9/22 also and we have now moved forward to court for courts to help determine a fair solution to both parties I am willing to expect courts ruling however will speak briefly on this why would I would i considered giving a whole refund when 87% of the contract work was done I have proff and will prove it in court . Sorry this is not what the BBB Is for to be used as a weapon to swear a person/business name. I TAKE PRIDE in both . Been business 16 years plus and had 2 complaints both for a home owner who is pist over terms and conditions ...and to swear lies. Is not only unprofessional its also rude so I won't smear mud hear I'll do everything in court thank you please find it and list it how you see fit . But his statements are false and incorrect.... thank you
