Mid December of 2021 I contracted to buy and have installed two pieces of quartz. ********************* *************) was the salesman I spoke with , address in pictures. The contract included a 94 piece to include a place for a sink and fixtures and a 40 piece for smaller counter. We scheduled an installation for the next week. The contractor remodeling my kitchen found more issues and I called **** to cancel installation. **** said that was fine, let him know when. I contacted **** 2/9/22 to let him know cabinets would be installed the next week so he could remeasure, and pick up sink template hed forgotten. The difficulties reaching **** soon began. In total, **** scheduled, then was no call/. I show SEVEN times for which I have texts. Phone plans may have included one or two times. Aft installation, the smaller piece was a foot too small and on the large piece, the seM was very noticeable. Again, **** has promised to cone repair and not shown up. At one point he said he had smaller piece cut. A later appointment was postponed because he had to cut the piece. I have rescheduled appointments for my job, emptied counters of heVy microwave, toaster oven, etc for no reason. I am tired and frustrated with being treated so disrespectfully and as if I am stupid. I would like the BBB to help me get what I am paying for and help to keep **** from postponing. Thank you.

I wanted to add that the company made the hole for my undermount sink to small as well.  The purpose of an undermount is to be able to keep counter clean without build up on the sink edge.  My sink now sits too far Away from counter edge and collects water and debris.  Wasted money for the expense of an undermount.

The granite counter top was installed on October 6, 2021. The full payment was $3,611.25. ****************** committed to installing the counter tops with there being one seam. ****************** stated he would repair any cracks in the future. I am not satisfied with the work that was done. First, the backsplash was measured half an inch shorter. Secondly, the shorter L shaped piece had a chip at the bottom edge, which the installers knew about before they installed it. Thirdly, the grain line does not match the larger piece. Fourthly, the grout line in between the two pieces is to large. He stated that it would look seamless. I sent him pictures of these. He said he could only fix the ***** and try to fix the grout line to my satisfaction. He said the grain line doesn't match because there was not enough material to match the larger piece. This is not acceptable for me. He did not say that there would be a problem with the grain line matching. I contacted him on the following days about this matter.( Oct. 15,20,29.) On Nov.9. He said he would send someone to fix it. Someone came and looked at it and said they would have to talk with ******************. I contacted him on Dec. 1. to talk about the issue of the counter. He said ,if we want it seamless, we would have to pay for a whole slab which would be $1400. My husband and I did not feel like we should have to repay for a whole slab, when we just needed a smaller piece. On Dec. 6, he was to send his workers to fix the the gouges in the granite, but they did not show. On Dec. 7 2021, I contacted him. He stated that his guys would come to solve the problem, no one showed. He ask to reschedule. I gave him the 8, and 9th of December. As of this mailing, he has not responded. I am dissatisfied with his unwillingness to fix the problem. I paid him $3700 in good faith and expected good work. I am requesting that the about problem be corrected or that the countertop be replaced at no cost. The invoice number on the email is ****.
