NOTE: ********************** owns Tactical Gear Heads LLC and other companies in *******. Tactical Gear Heads LLC was 1 of 2 company names/addresses that were on shipping labels for an order I received from "80% Lowers" but 80% Lowers is not registered to operate in *******. On July 6, 2022, I placed an online order with a company named 80% Lowers. On July 7, 2022, 80% Lowers charged my credit card for $1,744.11 for 10 items - five **** Wylde AR 15 Rifle Kit - 16" Stainless Barrel, 1:8 Twist with 12" Slanted ***** Handguard" and five "Magpul PMAG AR/M4 GEN 2 MOE ******** AR/M4 30rd Magazine - MAG571-BLK". On July 11, the company told me they shipped my 36 lb. order by ***** Tracking # ************. However, they did not ship to my ***** address but delivered it back to themselves in *********** on July 20. On July 21, I contacted 80% Lowers and requested they cancel my order and refund my $1,744.11. *************************** said that my order was delivered. When I asked him to review the ***** history, he agreed that my order was not shipped to me and promised my order would ship that day but did not ship for 2 weeks more (Aug. 2)On Aug. 8, I received a 13" square box by ***** Tracking # ************ that shows weight of 0.1 lbs. My order should be 16" long so I knew this could not be my order. The box contained someone else's order and not the 10 items that I was charged $1,744.11. The outside of the box contained shipping labels from the companies "Tactical Gear Heads LLC" and "***************" and was sent from **************************************************************** Aug. 9, I sent 80% Lowers photos of the shipping labels, measurements of the box and contents showing it was not my order. **************** failed to review the photos and again said that my order was delivered to me.On Aug. 10, I emailed the ***** history showing the 0.1 lb weight and asked him to see photos. I requested a $1,744.11 refund and pre-paid shipping label to return the wrong shipment.To date, NO response.
